Oh, if only the rest of the Deus Ex series were as good as this one.
The story is short -- maybe only 10-14 hours of gameplay -- and some of it can be repetitive. The game could've done with a little more content and some niceties (such as cut scenes when you move between major locations). The physics could use some better tuning. It has, essentially, many of the flaws of the original Deus Ex and only a few improvements.
But on the plus side, it's fairly simple to play: the voice acting is good (better than the others in the series, if you ask me, at least for female Alex); the soundtrack is atmospheric; you can play by brute force or by stealth; and -- important to me -- the protagonist can be played as male or female with no real difference to the storyline (though there will be minor ones).
