Holy Jeezus phuuuck, this is an amazing game.
I highly recommend getting the soundtrack when purchasing, because if you don't you'll wish you had after playing.
A rhythm-game dungeon-crawler rougelike? What about that phrase doesn't spell the word "awesome?" Nothing! There are only the movement buttons: they cover moveing, attacks, items, spells, etc. and it works all so well. You can only move on the beat, and that's what makes the game what it is, and what makes it so fun.
It's a very well executed take on a unique combination of genres. It is HARD, like Nintendo-hard, which is refreshing. When you think you finally get it, the game will hit you with a curve ball. And then you'll think you got it again, and you've re-learned how it *really* works, but NOPE it's shaken things up again.
I'd like to see this ported to consoles, the dev deserves money. Hell, buy it even if you're not going to play it. This was obviously an act of love, and this behaviour should be encouraged.
