1986年,波兰人Andrzej sapkowski发表了他的第一部短篇小说《The Witcher》,此故事描写了一个从北方来的猎魔士解除一个诅咒,他自称利维亚的杰洛特,他并不老,头发却全白了。


  此故事受到了极高的评价,此后,作者陆续出版了三本短篇集以及两本长篇故事,为我们展现了一个与众不同的幻想世界。和其他奇幻作品不同,猎魔士系列描写的并非拯救世界,也不是权力之间的斗争,更不是魔法大战。很遗憾地,由于语言问题,我只读过两本短篇集,以及一本长篇《精灵之血》。短篇集是由一个个相较独立的故事组成的,故事短小精炼,扣人心弦,其构思之巧妙令人不得不拍案叫绝,透过猎魔士杰洛特的旅途见闻伸展出一个个奇妙的故事,其中不乏残酷与悲伤,战争年代,百姓疾苦,人类和非人种族间处处有斗争,其他作品里美丽高贵的精灵,到了这儿却变得处处受鄙夷,要不住在下等区,要不藏身于森林,过着流亡生活。
彼时世界依旧残存神秘力量,常有怪事四起。作者借用大量欧洲民间传说里的鬼怪传说,创造了一个个生动形象的黑暗形象。最初读到这些魔怪的名字——斯奇嘉,齐齐摩——实在是叫我匪夷所思,读下来以后,它们却长在了我的脑子里,怎么也挥之不去了,实在是有趣得很。哪里有这些怪事,哪里就有猎魔士(Witcher),他们行踪不定,行事古怪,不插手政治,依报酬办事。显然地,他们不受欢迎,人们私地下唾弃他们,咒骂他们,将他们称作‘操女巫的’(女巫也不受欢迎)。并且有传言,猎魔士已不再是真正的“人”,当他们在凯尔.莫罕城堡那黑暗的地下室进行毒药的历练……




  2008年,波兰游戏商CD PROJEKT RED 发行了一部名为《The Witcher》的角色扮演游戏,主角便是利维亚的杰洛特。这部游戏获得了年度最佳角色扮演游戏的大奖,我重点推荐的,便是这部六七年前的“老游戏”。
我先挑几个我个人印象深刻的特点,说一说。

+官方自带中文翻译。
+章节式剧情,每章地图自由探索,场景多变。
+以吟游诗人的口吻将故事娓娓道来。
+原声音乐,以及衍生音乐集简直都是艺术品。
+游戏里穿插着各种插画,随不同选择出现不同插画,插画也是艺术品。
+支线和主线环环相扣,绝没有“帮隔壁王大妈送鸡蛋”这样的任务。
+昼夜系统,天气系统相当好,黎明凌晨上午中午黄昏夜晚的光影都表现得非常棒,尤其是阴雨天气时的世界。
+剧情随选择变化,然而无绝对正义,无绝对邪恶,两恶取其轻。
+绝妙的战斗系统。
+故事并不悲伤,却令人无限惆怅。

-由于引擎限制,NPC建模重复高,角色面部表情处理不好。
-存档系统不人性化,记得定时手动清理存档。


  想象一个场景:黄昏的城郊,红金色的夕阳洒在屋檐和教堂的尖顶上,河面波光粼粼,像是反射着无数星辰的光芒。渔夫正要离开水岸,返回家中,村民们点燃了空地上的篝火,围坐在一起谈笑。孩子们在村中奔跑嬉戏,男人们正在砍柴,妇女将衣物收入家中。天色渐暗,人们纷纷返家,村庄寂静空旷,只有拿着火把的巡夜人四处走动,月亮初升,湿漉漉的水鬼开始爬上岸来。
  再来想象一个场景:群星闪烁的夜空下,数位村民围聚在湖边,注视着明镜般的湖面,微风拂过,湖面泛起丝丝涟漪,渐渐地,湖面上显出了一个幻影,是座巨大、宏伟的城市,那幻影披上了银色月光的外衣,似真似幻,这正是一座古老水中城市的倒影。
这些,都出自《THE WITCHER》这部游戏。

  如今看来,THE WITCHER的画面已经不入流了,然而强大的美工令这个虚构的世界不逊色于任何一部大作,它的贴图和建模固然比不上如今的大作,然而,就算是现在,很多游戏也无法比拟我上面举的这两个例子。朴实无华的村镇、忙碌的渔民、城市中密密麻麻黑黢黢的建筑、沼泽地中废弃的尖塔、一望无际开满野花的平原、镜面般湖水下的城市、大雨过后阴沉的河谷、以及落雨时四处飞奔寻找遮蔽的人们都令我难以忘怀,直至今日,我的脑海里依旧不时地浮现起这些场面,维吉码的美丽黄昏和暗沉之水雾气萦绕的清晨都让我为之沉醉。

  游戏的剧情紧接着原著剧情发展,但没读原著并不会影响游戏体验,当然,读过原著的话更能帮助理解。不过,大家只要记住:主角是名猎魔士,吟游诗人丹德莱恩是他的好友这两点,就足够了。和原著一样,游戏剧情依旧和拯救世界、魔法大战没有丝毫关系,乍看之下,这是一个关于复仇的故事,却渐渐地分离出其他故事来,慢慢地,支线变成主线,主线变成支线,到最后,所有故事都完美地融合到了一起,让人在最后一刻恍然大悟。所以,我不推荐那些喜欢跳过对话的人来玩这个游戏,因为你们将体会不到任何乐趣,玩这个游戏,你需要思考,需要仔细地看对话,否则你怎么能在第二章里当好一个侦探呢?(没错,整个第二章就像一个侦探游戏,你需要和数名角色周旋,找出各种证据,来判断他们中间哪个是罪恶之人,但新事件越来越多,你的判断一次次地被推翻,调查会不停地中断,你必须自己想办法继续调查下去。)

  音乐和插画,正如我在上面所说,是艺术品,插画会如同过场一般出现在游戏里,有些插画是随着不同的选择出现的,所以,这游戏是值得玩好几遍的,你总能打出不同的剧情来,得到不同的结局,体验到不同的故事。对于音乐,我不想多作描述,因为我无法想出任何词语来赞美它,我只能说,当游戏结束,那首经典的主题曲响起时,在悠扬悲伤的小提琴和点点雨声中,你会感觉非常惆怅。

。最后我想说的是,这系列奇幻作品,是奇幻迷/游戏迷绝对值得尝试的,没错,它知名度不高,但它的质量很高,如果你能读完/玩完,你就会爱上它。

  你一定会爱上它。

When I first played The Witcher, I was in middle school and I had pirated the game. Like most middle schoolers, I wasn’t very smart and the only thing I really looked for in a game was how many bad guys I could murder. I finished the game and quickly forgot about it. Only after I was in college did I realize to the full extent the awful choices that I had made during my first playthrough of The Witcher. My crimes were beyond description. I killed street dogs and innocent travelers just to loot 2 orens worth of stuff from their corpses. I slept with women and promptly abandoned them to be murdered by angry mobs or overzealous knights. I killed a fellow witcher. I walked away from a chance to have a happy family with a woman who loved me in order to sleep with my sex buddy sorceress who I thought looked hotter. I helped commit mass genocide, murdering dozens of non-humans fighting for freedom.

By chance I happened to see The Witcher: Enhanced Edition on sale during Steam Summer Sale 2014. I took it as a sign from heaven. Lord Gaben the Redeemer was speaking to me through my computer, offering me a chance to atone for my sins of the first playthrough. Now I could do what I had not done in middle school. I would uphold justice and help the weak. I would be the hero that Vizima needed, but not the one it deserved. And I could do it with 75% off. I clicked buy and my $1.99 ascended to the heavens while the face of Lord Gaben smiled down upon me.

这是我第三款认真玩并且喜欢上的ARPG游戏。

+ 剧情有意思(而且有分支剧情)
+ 放在现在也挺时髦的天气和昼夜(虽然有些粗糙)
+ 有一些有趣的细节,比如雨天的时候路上NPC会抱怨 身临其境
+ 可以艹妹!
+ 怪物并不特别可怕,就算是我这样因为不敢下滚5墓穴而不敢玩的怂货也没问题

让我唯一不满的是,虽然它是一款07年的、画面并不是非常好的游戏,但玩的过程中有时仍会掉帧,因此连招断掉。我玩滚5也只是偶尔掉帧罢了啊……可见其优化不足?

(・ω・)不过我本来配置就不高,能玩到这样一款水准的游戏 还有啥不高兴的?总之这游戏简直超棒!

本作是过场动画狂魔,对话狂魔,对得起14G的容量orz;昼夜系统(会影响任务的进行)和天气系统很棒,任务真是环环相扣随着剧情引领你进行下去,不过没仔细看对话的话会有点混乱;战斗系统很新颖,不是无脑点鼠标;装备系统很简单,不过人物属性点和武器技能成长很完善;拥有一套复杂的炼金术;NPC、怪物、环境之间会进行互动。作为08年的作品来说十分出色,画面还是可以接受的,最最重要的是自带中文,字体很好看。所以玩二三代前还是先把初代过一遍吧。

巫师第一作放在2014年来重温是,07年没钱的CD做的画面看起来是有点辛苦,傲娇的心态选了最高难度,打穿了也是有点辛苦。

巫师的世界非常有意思,在遵循着不剧透的原则下,我简单说一下。
这个标准的中古世界充斥着变异,基因,变种人以及科学的萌芽和十分高深的炼金术。
种族歧视的主题贯穿着全程,游戏玩下来有种穿越过去却是在审视当代问题的感觉,古今结合疗效好的意思?
巫师的大世界设定似乎十分诡异,那些鬼怪类的生物似乎是不同世界和人类世界发生了什么事情后重叠了。
说说这个游戏最搞笑的地方:
如果你是个对英语基础可以而且注重口音细节的人,你会发现,像大多数中古时代的西欧式RPG,里面的路人和次要角色大量的采用英式口音,矮人是苏格兰口音,(参考WOW)
然而里面几个主要角色说的是国际口音(或许更接近美音)的英语…… 好吧尤其是白狼先生,你这放荡不羁金钱主义到处约炮的行为简直就是 State的榜样啊wwww

扯了那么多说说游戏的优缺点

遵循欲扬先抑的原则,我们来说说这个游戏的缺点吧。
1、人物几乎没有表情,这点无外乎是技术和资金的局限。
2、大量的克隆人,维吉尔的蝙蝠侠竟然是路人大叔脸,她老婆也算是个挺出戏的NPC,竟然也是路人hooker的脸…… 当然我承认这个也跟第一条有关系。
3、关键时候不恰时的物体碰撞的BUG,战斗的时候卡一下 哭了
4、从战斗系统上来说,经常个别怪会无法还手,但是有时候又会把你打得无法还手,似乎跟地形有关系。
5、游戏的经济系统有点崩溃,基本上是勒紧腰带过日子,然而到了第三章以后,钱又基本上没用了,真是蛋疼。

优点,或许很多人认为是蛋疼?

1、炼金术,非常有意思。大量的炼金材料的选择,不同的附加效果要结合药水自身的毒性和对怪物的理解来用。顺便说一下玩游戏说没钱的人可以尝试的发现许多炼金材料是很值钱却可以被便宜的材料取代的。而
这个炼金系统其实能让游戏走得更远,因为很多效果我都没用上……(可惜二代被改了)
2、各种名词的解释,关于怪物,关于角色,关于法术和一些特殊名词。 如果没看过小说(包括我自己),巫师的世界对你来说肯定很陌生,那么这些就是用来补全的。
3、角色代入感。其实这个我觉得是巫师系列之所以能占据一席之地的关键原因,RPG核心元素之一的就是个角色扮演,那么现在不少自由度高的RPG在角色代入感上反而没有那么的强烈。
就拿上古卷轴而言,主角本身的存在感很弱。玩到最后你只知道你是个救世主,那么从剧情推动上来说你到底为什么要这么做?很多人会说,这只是个游戏,何必较真。 我觉得,RPG从桌游的开始,讲究的就是个角色代入感,那么作为RPG,它没有赋予你这个感觉,从某种程度上来说是失败的。
巫师给你的选择不多,你只能做一名猎魔人。一名游走于灰色世界,选择着较少邪恶的边缘人。猎魔人有点类似的于无宗教的僧侣,为了猎魔而猎魔,财富是动力,然而其根本目的是保护人类的免于妖魔的伤害。这就是游戏所赋予你的一个框框,你玩下来,不管怎么选择,你都跳不出这个框框。你不喜欢,那么怒删,喜欢,你就融入了这个角色。那么恭喜你,这就是ROLE PALY的魅力。
4、剧情,老实说,剧情从系列游戏的第一款来看,开头有些失败。毕竟这个背景许多玩家都不了解,开头又给了一个貌似有着复杂过去但是啥都记不得菜鸟(啥技能都没有嘛)。而且莫名其妙一醒来就被人攻击,感觉有些逗比。
然而巫师1的生涩开端或许早就了它剧情上构筑的亮点,剧情上从无到有,支线主线的相辅相成,几条任务的贯穿始终,冲突和问题像是洋葱一样被一层层地剥开,最后汇集到了一点上,真相大白。 当然这样的剧情在某些阶段显得有些杂乱,尤其是第二章的破案。
5、我想说画面? 老实说画面就现在的眼光看其实略微简陋,但是就大环境的特色而言,五个章节除了第五章有些乱七八糟,整体每个章节都有一些不错的临场感,符合剧情上的循序渐进。

说了那么多,其实我只想说,巫师3这么牛逼,你打算啥都不看就直接玩么…… 别浪费

个人认为Witcher一代是全系列最出色的。清晰又庞大的任务系统,专情或滥情的Geralt,迷人的Siegfried,画面、游戏性、打击感、剧情都接近满分,堪称不可多得的RPG。

高中的时候就听过同桌提到巫师,当时他赞不绝口。一晃5年多过去了,终于补完了这个游戏,专门码篇长篇大论,纪念一下

游戏缺点:
1.蛋疼的战斗系统

可能不少人觉得1的战斗系统很有特色,但不得不承认,对大部分玩家而言,这个系统没有什么吸引力,否则2也不会改。首先,游戏的战斗模式单调,其操作要点只有单击时机的把握,再就是对应不同的怪切换不同的攻击模式了,虽然有闪躲这个操作,而且动作非常飘逸,但这个动作很少派上用场,因为大部分情况下,单挑根本不需要躲,打群架恨不得身边全是人,方便用群攻一起拿下。其次,技能的设计非常不合理,昆恩、亚克西这些法印形同虚设,而常用法印的蓄力由于时间太长,也几乎没有任何用处。除此之外,小怪的攻击模式从头到尾也没有任何新意,就是单调的攻击,从头到尾没有任何改变。Boss战比较有特色,但总体看来,我认为巫师1代的战斗系统是非常失败的。

2.坑爹的优化

作为一款08年发售的老游戏,用现如今的机器带起来,即使调到最低配置,也会有莫名其妙的卡顿、跳出以及贴图错误等各种bug。可能是由于对win7的兼容比较差吧。

3.缺乏细节的处理(此处有剧透!)

我看来,游戏细节处理还是不够好,举个最简单的例子,第四章村长的两个女儿先后惨死,阴魂不散,游荡在田野,但是他老人家淡定的不行,一点表示都没有,女儿未婚夫在听到爱妻死掉后的语气也十分平淡,有了第二章的前车之鉴,我一度觉得此处必有蹊跷orz。再说第二章,第二章可以算是1代巫师的亮点,但游戏过程中,许多关键情节来的太快,导致我根本理不清人物关系。我已经尽最大努力关注人物对话了,但许多时候,我根本搞不明白白狼质疑别人的依据是从哪里来的。此处还有个情节的bug,在我自己玩的时候,我明明没有搜集足够到证据来怀疑侦探,证明其它嫌疑人的清白,但对话中却出现了怀疑侦探的选项,然后其它嫌疑人就莫名其妙的全部清白了,搞得我一头雾水,直到看了攻略才明白我是错过了太多关键支线。我情愿自己因为没做够调查被坑,但想不到自己竟然被对话bug剧透了,这滋味真是难以用言语形容。

但是为什么我觉得这游戏坑爹之处无数,却依然玩的乐此不疲呢。

在我看来,这个游戏最成功的地方就是其强大的代入感。之前我也玩过不少游戏,但几乎都是冲着游戏性去的,从未有一款游戏让我觉得如此真实,玩起来如此身临其境。书籍是很多rpg游戏里都有的元素,比如老滚,书多的数不过来,但我根本没法静下心去看,因为在我看来,那只是与我没多大关系的架空的神话故事罢了。反观巫师里的书,数目虽然不多,但与主角所处的历史背景息息相关,读完之后,可以让人更加融入游戏的世界中,了解狩魔人所受的歧视,了解非人种族与人类的冲突,等等。游戏中的每个主要人物都有血有肉,个性鲜明。比如玩世不恭的吟游诗人,忠厚的矮人,狂野的傻叉公主,正直的狼人……你无法像在其他游戏中一样,随意的对游戏中的人物痛下杀手,你会发自内心的喜欢或厌恶他们,而不是把他们看成提供任务的简单代码。游戏的剧情细想起来并没有多么跌宕起伏,高潮迭起,但是就是有种魅力,让你深深融入其中,让你为白狼的经历所触动。和老朋友在酒馆一坐,谈谈人生,谈谈爱情;给心爱的人送上一枚戒指表示心意;看着相识的精灵为生活所迫,最终与人类发生冲突……我实在无法用语言描绘这款游戏给我带来的享受。对这个游戏而言,战斗什么的已经成了陪衬品,没必要去纠结战斗系统的好坏,玩完这款游戏,有种仿佛身为白狼,在幻想世界中潇洒走了一回的感觉,也就值了。

巫师3发售在即,从预告看来,感觉3战斗系统的可玩性比2又提升了很大一截。在我看来,2代比1代剧情的总体感觉稍差一点,但细节的处理、对话的润色比1增强了许多。现在只期盼3的剧情能够保持1的高水准,不要辜负广大巫师粉丝对制作组的期望^_^

尽管我是个穷屌,但是巫师系列砸锅卖铁也要换电脑买买买!!!这是真爱!!!

The Witcher Saga begins here for "Geralt of Rivia",

* One of the Best Stories told in a RPG, it's not just the Main Campaign even all the Side Mission adds lot of depth.
* The In-Game Choices & Path you choose defines how the story & gameplay unfolds, I loved it.
* Sound & Music are Awesome, so does the dialogues which were very nicely done.
* Atmospere & Graphics are good nothing ground breaking though for game released on 2008 using Aurora Engine.
* Such a Dynamic Combat System, It's Joy Ride to Play on Hard Mode that’s where you start using lot of "Alchemy"
* Many People didn't like the control system, even i find it very wonky at the beginning but once you familiarize them it's a cake walk.

Four years back I've finished this Game twice with "Sco'iatel Path" & "Order's Path" each in a Non-Steam Version and now this time around In Steam Version - I’ve done it right and completed the game with "Neutral Path" which is the True Witcher's Path.

Captivating storyline, dynamic combat, excellent soundtrack and decent graphics. Rich experience for each player / fan of RPG games. Probably one of the best fantasy RPG on the market, also one of my favorites. The Witcher - the well-known Geralt of Rivia outcast, the hero having to face the evil that is necessary in a world full of terrifying monsters. Fantastic story about a hunter of monsters who has been involved in a conflict in which your every decision will change the course. By the way I recommend you to play at a high level of difficulty because then you will be able to use the full potential of this game. One of the titles that you should have.

My review will be separated into different parts covering the many different aspects of the game. First I want to mention that I beat the game in exactly 39 hours (107 days total), I did all the main story quests + many side quests I would say that I have probably done 65-70% of all the side quests.

Story: One of the most immersive storylines I have ever played. I usually have trouble following long storylines because english is not my native language, but I had absolutely no trouble following this one and understanding everything that the game wants me to do. This is the best part of the game, 10/10
Freedom of choice: The game will often ask you how you want to go about doing centain things, like picking a side for example. Infact you have to make so many choices that the game would completely change if you play it a second time. The choices play a big part on the story and I will definitely do a second playthrough in the future just to see how different the game will be, 9/10
Free roam: This is a very big downside in my opinion. Every chapter has it's own "place of operations", you are confined to only one place where you have to do your quests in order to advance to other sections. The places are big, but get boring after you walk around the same street a 70th time, 6/10
Gameplay: The fighting mechanics at the start were incredibly annoying. They were so annoying infact that I ragequit a couple times because I didn't understand the proper way of using them. Way into the game though I really saw the appeal of them. Having 10+ enemies coming after you means that you have to do a lot of fast thinking, changing combat styles and using different potions. So the fighting at first seems primitive and annoying until you get used to it, then it becomes amazing, 8/10
Graphics: Amazing graphics for a 2007 game. The greenery especially is beautiful, 8/10
Misc: Not being able to jump and walking off half a meter ledges is very frustrating. The game is full of invisible walls and really slows down your movement. You have to often guess where you can walk. These limitations are the worst thing about the game and the reason why it is not my GOTY of 2007, instead it will take the 2nd place in my list, 1/10

That's it for the review, I recommend the game, I payed 2 euro for it on the summer sale, but would have gladly payed 10 euro if I knew how amazing it was. Final score 8.5/10

Everything you want in a very good RPG game. Amazing story, great characters and voice acting... lots of things to explore and learn about in the game world, which makes up the meat of the game in my opinion. If you are the type to skip all the dialogue and forget about all the codex entries, it might not be for you, because outside of that, the game only becomes a decent RPG at best.

I've still yet to play 2, which is why I'm reviewing this now instead of after, so I can't compare the clearly better, newer game to the older one (we're all guilty of this). I'd say the graphics can be a bit inconsistent... sometimes it feel like you've time traveled back to 2002, and sometimes the graphics are absolutely stunning.

The combat is fluent and works well once you get used to it, but it does get a bit boring after a while. I'm hoping the 2nd game in the series expanded upon the combat just a little bit to add some flare. Overall one of the best RPGs in its class (2008) and WOW, $10

I am not a fan of the combat system but the world is very immersive and the story is above average for a modern fantasy game.Graphics are very good for their time as well. If you are an RPG player you'll like it.

Good game. The best part is the moral choices you have to take during it which are not really easy: nothing is black or white in this game. The end is also bittersweet, which is not bad at all ;)
