About This Game

FIGHT THE PAST TO SAVE THE FUTURE. STOP THE SINGULARITY.

Learn the truth behind a massive cover-up of the catastrophic SINGULARITY, an event that fractured time and threatens the world as we know it. Armed with powerful, advanced weaponry and the experimental Time Manipulation Device, fight enemies from the past, the present, and abominations caught somewhere in between.

Key Features:

TIME IS YOUR WEAPON
  • Use the TMD – Time Manipulation Device – to change the age of objects and enemies and bend time to your will.

  • Unlock upgrades to harness the TMD’s full power and expand your full arsenal of advanced weaponry.
EPIC SCI-FI ACTION THRILLER
  • Heart-pounding, first person combat action that immerses you in a world where the past and present collide.
  • Travel seamlessly between two eras – 1950s Russia and modern day – each rendered with stunning lighting, physics, and effects using the Unreal 3 Engine.

Bioshock, Half-Life 2 and Call Of Duty had a party, drank too much Vodka and had a gangbang. What was born after that party is Singularity. A decent shooter with an interesing mechanics that sometimes blatantly copies from each of the named games. It is fun, it is atmospheric and despite all the cliches and repetitions manages to have you play it without looking at the time,

7/10 for the decent game from 2010. URA!

It's a great game. great weapons. Travel time... and like the tip on Dead Island says: Go for the classic...aim at the head! If the footseps says to go forward...go backward. Read the docs fully to understand the game. No translation or subtitles in pt_BR. But basic english, like mine.

This is such a good FPS game – I don’t know if it wasn’t advertised or what as it’s got only 1200 reviews – Just Cause 3 is only a month old and it’s got over 9000 reviews!

Anyway, I remember when a friend recommended me Singularity back in 2010, I’ve looked at the official screenshots (I’m quite sure these were quite the same as here now on steam store page) and I’ve been thinking: “Nah, this looks like some cheap horror game where all you do is shoot some monsters” and I really didn’t want to play that game.

However I gave it a go and I’ve been pleasantly surprised, the story is really good, it’s a bit similar to half-life in some way (there’s some kind of gravity gun but with different cool stuff), gameplay is great and it’s really an awesome game.

I’ve just played it again now after 5 years and it’s still really good, the only thing you notice is low quality textures when you get really close to some objects (can’t see that from about 4 meters away).

It’s one of my favourite FPS’s and it’s a must play game!

This is the first review I've ever bothered to write, but this game is the only one that's stood out to the point I figured I had to drag my ♥♥♥ into actually reviewing it.

It's one of those games that falls under any radar because of a lack of advertising and buildup to its release, bit like Metro 2033.

It's an awesome mash of everything that made the last genre of story-centric FPS games so great, would strongly recommend Singularity to any fan of strong and original stories in gaming.
