O tej grze

Space Run is a «real-time spaceship construction strategy game». Space Run takes the well-known Tower Defense-style gameplay and twists it, challenging you to manage and protect a spaceship and its cargo against the hazards of deep space!

Space can be a dangerous place. You’re one of the most daring «Space Transporters», people who carry the dangerous task of transporting valuable shipments from one place to another across hazardous space. This supposedly simple task gets tricky once you add dense asteroid fields that regularly cross the space lanes, the armed-to-the-teeth pirate starfighters and spaceships all too willing to shred your ship for your cargo, as well as the other Space Transporters you are competing against!

Take on increasingly difficult missions as your reputation grows: bringing more expensive cargo to their destination will earn you credits to unlock new ship modules and upgrades that will help you survive the lethal threats of space: laser turrets, missile launchers, protection shields, thrusters, power generators... you name it! You’ll have to quickly adapt to every new situations if you wish to survive, building modules on your ship as you fly across space. The faster you fly and reach your destination, the better your reputation, allowing you to unlock more difficult delivery missions!
Space Run boasts high replay value: replay earlier missions with the new modules you unlocked in order to complete them faster and score higher... and show your friends you’re the fastest, most daring Space Transporter ever!

Main Features:
• Accessible and extremely dynamic gameplay that puts a new twist on the well-known Tower Defense genre

• Build your spaceship on the fly to adapt to every situation, protecting your valuable cargo and beating your competitor in deadly delivery races

• Earn credits to Unlock & Upgrade new ship modules, allowing you to better defend yourself, attack other cargo, and complete your missions faster to gain higher reputation

• High replay value: replay earlier missions with the modules you unlocked to best your friends’ and your own scores!!

I saw that there was a sequel made for this game, and thought it'd be a good idea to come back to this game and actually finish it.
The game is pretty enjoyable, a real time strategy game where your goal is to deliver various forms of cargo as quickly as possible, without losing any of it.
There's 30 missions split across 5 companies, and each company has different cargo that provokes different kinds of strategy, such as crystals that drain power, or nodes that must be connected to your command bridge via a spreading ability.

The only thing about the game is that it contains a couple of errors in its spelling and dialogue, but that sort of thing never really bothered me.

A moderately challenging game thats really fun. The customizations are great. Limited space on your ship means you have to be very smart and economical about your builds. Dig it.

I played quite a bit, and it was fun! But as you play the gameplay mechanics they introduce just don't add enough to the game and it feels like your grinding in a single palyer game. Last couple hours of play was just being bored before I realised I needed to stop.

A tower defence game in which you build up a space ship and keep cargo modules safe from enemy waves? Sign me up!

Except it's less a tower defence game than it is a frantic micromanagement one. Things happen very quickly in this game and you aren't allowed to pause and consider your options. Rather than carefully managing the balance between resource accumulation and firepower buildup, you are going to be semi-mindlessly building, selling, rotating, and rebuilding parts to try and keep up with constant, unpredictable changes in the playing field.

Yes, since each mission plays out exactly the same way, I suppose you could learn a (very long) build/sell/rotate order and try to play an almost perfect game by staying constantly ahead of the curve. Which would make this a memory/production line game instead. Still not tower defence, still no fun at all.

Granted the aesthetics are great and I keep firing it up every few months hoping that I would like it better this round. But, no, it's still the same old twitch-based firefighting, and each time I almost immediately give up and uninstall this again.

In my opinion this would have been playable if the game were slower paced and great if enemies came in waves with unlimited build time between waves. Knowing ahead of time what was coming next would have been nice too. This wouldn't have been bad as a turn-based game either. But as things stand, this is a very pretty game that I hate to hate.

Recommended for people who like constantly and frenetically building things only to soon after have to tear them down and build other things elsewhere. Not recommended for people looking for a tower defence game or a thinking game.

Great premise is ruined by the need for micromanaging.

This is a fun game that is a twist on the tower defense genre. Your ship must carry a blend of cargo, weapons, engines, and defensive weaponry. You have to find the right balance as your shop cruises across each level, where you will be paid if you deliver the cargo. Along the way you'll fend off asteroids and pirates. But you must manually control the laser turrets, which are critical weapons for your survival, and this takes up crtical attention, and the game throws just enough at you that it's really difficult in an unpleasant way to try and keep up. If you could buy an AI module to run the turrets that would help a lot.

In any event, it's worth several hours of fun, but I quit halfway through as I got too frustrated with the demands of the micromanagement.

Hands down one of the best Tower Defense games out there. Got it as a part of a humble bundle deal and the game was such a joy to play.

I just completed the game with every single mission stars and it was challenging. I spent about 22 hours to achieve this. There is certainly a replay value but because of my backlog of games I will probably not play Space Run again.

The graphics are decent but nothing amazing, and the sound effects were pretty for what it is. I strongly recommend every Tower Defense enthusiast to try this game out.

I can not wait to pick up Space Run 2 though.

It's been a long time since I last played a game that I found as fun as Space Run. It's an incredibly polished game that's easy to learn and is readily accessible. I think I can say I preferred this game to its sequel, if only because it didn't involve as much grinding.

This game would be great if you could stop time and issue orders before resuming. The way it is now makes success mostly dependent on rapid clicking, like an old school RTS. I enjoyed it for the first few hours, and then got increasingly frustrated.

This game is no longer supported by the developers and has major problems with windows 10. I can't get past the opening screen since my mouse will not intereact (click) with the UI. I tried multiple resolutions to no avail. STAY AWAY from this product until it is fixed.

Love this game!!! It looks amazing on 3 monitor displays! Its kinda of a combo of strategy and tower defense, but still has a unique feel to it! I wish there was an expansion, DLC or even more stuff! I love the amount of engineering and upgrades. I still haven't tried or expanded everything but definitely a fun game! The more upgrades the easier it gets, but at the same time I haven't unlocked all the missions yet, and replay the others just for fun and to try different weapons to get more stars, credits for upgrades, etc.

I love this game. I love this game so much. But it's important to know what this game is.

This is not a tower defense game. This is a game about ship management and balancing offense and defense. I'd almost say it's more akin to an RTS base building game as opposed to tower defense. You don't build your ship, then send it off into space and watch what happens. Oh no, you spend the whole flight turning cannons, activating abilities, launching volleys, repairing damage, and collecting currency.

If you're not into micromanaging your ship, you will hate this game. But if you're willing to learn the hotkeys and enjoy managing chaos, you'll love this game.

I think the introduction of speed and asking the player to sacrifice space on their ship for engines in addition to cargo and weapons adds a nice twist on ship building that keeps each level more interesting. It's not all about safe delivery, it's fast AND safe delivery!

I'm not crazy about the levels spawning in a static pattern, so you can simply restart the level and pre-build up your defenses, but the game definitely takes this into account. It challenges you with some pretty beefy bosses that clearly expect you to spend the lion's share of the level preparing for the impending attack.

I enjoy the characters and the voices a great deal. Each contract feels unique to me and each type has special needs.

The game is a challenge, and it can get really stressful at times, but it's totally worth it.

The game itself is fast, frantic and fun. It requires quick thinking. The game progression is good. I like the missions, the voice acting, the style. Even once you've completed a mission, it is good fun to have another go, try to achieve better time and score. For each play of the game, you can try different strategies of guns, missile launchers, shields, reactors, etc, trying to optimise your strategy. It has decent replayability.

Playing it with a GTX 960 4GB (mid-range gaming graphics card) at 4K resolution, and it's working great for me.

The best TD game I've played by a long shot. Chaotic and with a decently high skill ceiling because of all the live micromanagement needed. It's a fairly short game, even if you want to complete all the levels on max difficulty. The story, humor and voice acting are all terrible, but that doesn't change the incredible gameplay. Recommended for people who enjoy both TD and RTS games.

Genuinely one of the best Tower Defence games I've ever played, and probably within the top 10 games I've ever played for me. Great visual style, fantastic soundtrack, challenging levels. If in doubt, buy it, you won't regret it.

Gra premiuje ekspresowa dostawe dwu- i trzykrotnym mnoznikiem zyskow, warto wiec instalowac i ulepszac silniki.

Elementy tworzące statek to przede wszystkim uzbrojenie, moduły defensywne, tarcze, generatory mocy i silniki napędzające statek.

Poza standardową solidną, ciekawie urozmaiconą grą tower defense z pomysłem, dostajemy zabawne dialogi, ładną i kolorową grafikę, wyzywające i interesujące misje w kosmicznym stylu z jajem. Z czystym sumieniem, polecam! :-)
