A terrifyingly unfrightful game which has you, a silent protagonist, look for his friend "Kate", investigate an area while picking up 8 pieces of paper while you're stalked by a mentally challenged individual who wears a sock on his head and a suit.
Lots of static for the faint of heart, plenty of eerie low rumbling sounds in dark areas and a generic world that forces you, the player, to "immerse" yourself into is something that the game offers.
If one were to look for a decent horror title which does not base it's horror of a drearily paced, monotonous environment flicking switches and travelling as if the main character has a third of his thighs removed thus causing a wobbly running effect then it would be better to go back to Resident Evil. Or Evil Within. Or Amnesia or Penumbra! Those are nice titles.
TL;DR avoid if you find Five Nights at Freddy's boring, purchase if you are easily frightened by lame indie titles.
Now, give me those downvotes now you rabid fans.
