Why Early Access?

“Releasing BLOODSHOT in Early Access allows us to create content updates directly based upon feedback from players. As long-standing FPS fans we understand that the needs of one might differ from another. So we want to make sure that we can tailor updates and the direction of the game to you!”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We anticipate BLOODSHOT staying in Early Access for a period between 4-6 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to explore a number of different avenues, including but not limited to: more maps, new gamemodes, platforms (e.g. consoles, perhaps even VR). The complete edition of BLOODSHOT will offer greater gameplay variety and accessibility features.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“At present, there are three maps where players can stage their bloody battles. Players can host their friends in online multiplayer games. There is not yet a server browser nor matchmaking.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We are committed to providing an excellent value in exchange for spare change. The price may shift slightly in the future, depending on market conditions, but we have no current plans to change the game's price when we leave Early Access. Devotees from the Early Access phase may be credited (at their discretion) in the full release of BLOODSHOT, in recognition of their contributions.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We encourage honest and constructive feedback from our community. Whether through our community Discord or via live developer Q&As. This ongoing dialogue will enable us to shape updates and content to fit the needs and interests of the community.”

About This Game

BLOODSHOT takes you right back to the ’90s, where fragging and bragging were the only things that mattered. You’re a convict with nothing to lose. The shotgun you wield is surgically attached to your body, pumping blood straight from the chambers of your heart into the chamber of your firearm. Remember: the faster you move, the faster you shoot.

Run. Kill. Die. That is the life of a true BLOODSHOT player. 

Dodge

Using the dodge, get out of harm’s way in a matter of seconds - the difference between life and death in a match of BLOODSHOT. Combine it with other abilities to attain maximum speed.

Kickback

Reach new heights with the power of your trusty BloodPumper and propel yourself across the arena. The kickback from firing can knock you out of the path of an incoming bullet - or away from a swarm of enemies hell-bent on killing you.

Slide

If you find yourself locked in ground-based combat against your foe, the slide gives you the freedom to focus on your crosshair whilst skating across the battlefield.
