Welcome to ANEURISM IV, a dystopic city where the proletariat work and ask no questions. As a Spirit, a spectral entity on the verge of becoming flesh and bone, your journey begins at a crossroads. The time has come to choose a fate, to weave your path through a city teeming with danger, crime, and the ever-looming threat of the Rot.

From the industrious Prole to the rich Banker, each role offers unique experiences, challenges, and rewards. Your chosen fate defines your journey, abilities, and how you interact with others. Align with the Cortex to stabilize the city, or join the ranks of the Scumbags and Zealots to spread Rot. The fate of ANEURISM IV hangs in the balance, influenced by your actions and alliances.


Wait for rations, trade, or cook to keep yourself nourished and hydrated. ANEURISM IV's oppressive atmosphere, constant danger, and the ever-present Rot might also take a toll on your psyche. Seek moments of peace, pursue hobbies, or resort to more illicit methods to preserve your sanity amidst the madness.
