END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Vellocet Corporation (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) for the use of ANEURISM IV (“Software”). By installing, copying, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Information Collection
1.1 We collect technical information about your computer system, including hardware specifications, operating system version, installed drivers, and system performance data.
1.2 We do not collect personal information such as your real name, address, or email address.
1.3 If you access the Software via Steam, we may collect your Steam ID, in-game activity, account age, and Steam profile metadata as permitted by Valve Corporation’s APIs and community features. This is used to validate access, monitor community behavior, and detect abuse.
2. Online Play and Community Conduct
2.1 We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to online play at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement or our community guidelines.
2.2 By playing online, you agree to comply with our community guidelines. We alone will determine whether your conduct violates these rules.
2.3 You are fully responsible for all actions taken through your account, whether by you or someone else. Misconduct through your account will be treated as your own.

4. Beta Testing
If you enroll in our beta testing program, you understand and agree that:
4.1 The Software may be unstable and contain bugs
4.2 Performance issues, data corruption, or crashes may occur
4.3 We are not liable for any data loss or damage resulting from participation
4.4 You use beta builds at your own risk
5. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement.
6. Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including its design, code, artwork, audio, and other content, are owned by Vellocet Corporation or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
8. No Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Export Control
You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and not export or re-export the Software in violation of local or international laws.
11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Vellocet Corporation concerning the Software, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
By installing, accessing, or using ANEURISM IV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.

- Demonstrate or promote cheating, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
- Engage in or promote abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior
- Showcase or promote piracy of the Software or any copyrighted material

You agree not to:
- Modify the Software to gain competitive advantage
- Use cheats, bots, hacks, trainers, or similar tools
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software
- Exploit bugs or errors for personal or competitive gain
Violation may result in immediate termination of your license and access.
4. Beta Testing
