What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We are releasing in Early Access so the community can help shape where the game goes next. The core is already here: a deep drone workbench, a range of official quads, several large maps, and a full set of challenges. From here we want to keep expanding and refining the game based on what players actually ask for, from flight feel to new content and community features.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect Acrodrift to stay in Early Access for roughly 6 to 12 months. ”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The main directions we are working toward include online leaderboards and ranking, so pilots can compare times and compete, and a level editor, so players can build and share their own tracks and challenges. Alongside that, we plan to keep improving the game and adding community features as development continues.

These are our plans and priorities rather than fixed promises, and community feedback will help decide what we build and in what order.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Acrodrift is already a full, playable FPV simulator, not a demo. It includes a detailed drone workbench where you build and customize your quad across frames, motors, propellers, batteries, and flight controllers, with full color customization, plus a range of ready-made official drones from tiny sub-2-inch builds to 5-inch freestyle and racing quads.

You can fly across several handcrafted maps of very different sizes and settings, from tight city streets to large open environments, and take on a full set of challenges including academy tutorials, races and collection runs across multiple difficulty levels.

As with any Early Access game, there are still things to refine and expand, and that is exactly what this period is for. If you run into issues or have ideas, telling us helps shape what comes next.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We are not currently planning any major price changes when the game leaves Early Access. If anything changes, we will aim to let players know in advance. ”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback is central to how we are developing Acrodrift. We plan to build the game around what pilots tell us, from flight feel and new content to the community features they want most.

The best ways to reach me are the Steam Discussions and Discord server, where you can report bugs, suggest and discuss features, and talk with us. ”

About This Game

ACRODRIFT is an FPV drone simulator with flight physics modeled on real flight controllers. Whether you're learning your first flips before risking a real quad or you're a seasoned pilot keeping your thumbs sharp, this is a place to fly hard, crash-free, and get better every session.

Fly your way

Six handcrafted maps, from wide open spaces to tight technical courses, and three ways to fly them. Cruise and experiment in Free Flight, chase the clock through checkpoint gates in Race mode, or hunt down targets in Collection. Over 20 challenges of varying difficulty keep your skills moving forward, and 5 flight modes take you from beginner-friendly Angle and PosHold all the way to full Acro and 3D.

Build and tune your drone

The workshop works like the real thing. Pick from 11 frames from 1.6 to 5 inches, 13 motors, props and batteries, and watch every component change how your drone flies. Tune your PID controller, set up custom rates profiles for racing, freestyle or cinematic lines, or grab a preconfigured drone and just fly.

Fly with your own gear

Plug in a gamepad and take off, or connect a real FPV radio controller for the authentic stick feel. ACRODRIFT supports a wide range of radio transmitters with USB connectivity, and every axis is fully remappable, with automatic stick detection to make setup painless.
