About This Game

Welcome to A Weird Village, a chaotic multiplayer game where adorable little animals fight over territory, unlock ridiculous powers, destroy pretty much everything in sight, and eventually tear the enemy village to pieces.

Pick your favorite little creature, grab a weapon, and join the mayhem.

Just don't get too attached to the scenery.

Rabbits, cats, wolves, turtles, kiwi birds, platypuses, and plenty of other questionable inhabitants are waiting to join the fight.

Unlock over 40 playable characters as you progress through the game, and customize your favorites with a collection of cosmetics and wonderfully stupid accessories.

They may look like they belong in a children's storybook, but give them a sword and a couple of magical abilities and things get ugly pretty fast.

A Weird Village is all about 4v4 team battles, but running around beating the stuffing out of each other won't be enough to win.

The map is filled with contested areas that both teams must fight to capture and defend. Gaining control of these locations is the key to breaking through the enemy defenses and opening the way to their village.

Of course, the enemy team has exactly the same plan.

You'll have to decide when to attack, when to defend, and when to abandon a fight because four furious woodland creatures are currently turning your home into firewood.

Capture territory. Break their defenses. Destroy their village.

That's the plan, anyway. Good luck getting everyone to follow it.

That lovely forest? Burn it.

The bridge your enemies are crossing? Bring it down.

The beautiful ancient ruins? They probably won't stay beautiful for long.

Destruction is a huge part of A Weird Village. Trees, structures, bridges, buildings and even the terrain itself can be destroyed or transformed during combat.

And the best part? The damage doesn't magically disappear.

A forest you burned ten minutes ago is still a burned forest. A collapsed bridge stays collapsed. The battlefield changes as the match unfolds, forcing everyone to adapt to the mess they've created.

What starts as a charming little fantasy landscape can end up looking like the aftermath of a particularly unfortunate apocalypse.

And there's a good chance you'll be responsible for most of it.

Ever wanted to summon a gigantic boulder? Set an entire battlefield on fire? Turn your enemies into frozen kebabs? Raise an army of skeletons from the remains of fallen players?

Well, now you can.

With 50+ abilities to choose from, there's plenty of room for creativity, strategy, and some exceptionally bad decisions.

Unleash Hellfire to spread flames across the battlefield. Drop Dreadstone on unsuspecting enemies and watch the ground crumble beneath them. Use Permafrost to cover an area in dangerous, slippery ice, or summon Rattle Army to bring fallen skeletons back into the fight.

From simple combat tricks to devastating ultimate abilities, there's always another way to cause trouble.

Just remember: having the power to destroy half the map doesn't necessarily mean it's a good idea.

It usually is, though.

Every match starts with a fresh opportunity to figure out what kind of menace you want to become.

As you play, you'll develop your character by choosing new abilities, switching weapons, and equipping power-ups.

You might start out swinging a basic weapon and end up combining devastating spells with powerful upgrades. Or maybe you'll build around mobility, crowd control, or keeping your teammates alive long enough to do something useful.

Your choices matter, and your build can evolve throughout the battle.

There's no need to stick to the same strategy every match. Experiment, discover combinations, adapt to your enemies, and find your own favorite ways to cause chaos.

There's something wonderfully unpredictable about putting eight players, dozens of powers, and a completely destructible environment together.

One minute you're defending a control point. The next, the bridge behind you has collapsed, the forest is on fire, a blizzard is rolling in, and somebody has decided that what this situation really needs is a small army of undead skeletons.

Weather conditions can change the atmosphere and the way battles unfold, while destruction gradually reshapes the map around you.

The longer a match lasts, the more the battlefield becomes a reminder of everything that's happened.

The fights change. The routes change. Your character gets stronger.

And sooner or later, somebody's village is going to have a very bad day.

A Weird Village doesn't take itself too seriously.

It's a colorful, cozy-looking world filled with cute animations, silly characters, and some genuinely beautiful places.

It's also filled with blood, explosions, flying bodies, burning fur, skeletons, and an alarming amount of violence for a game starring tiny animals.

Unlock new characters, collect cosmetics, experiment with ridiculous abilities, make terrible tactical decisions with your friends, and enjoy the chaos.

After all, there's something strangely satisfying about watching a fluffy little rabbit walk away from a battlefield covered in blood, wearing a stupid hat.

It's a cozy game. Allegedly.

SO, WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU?

  • 4v4 multiplayer battles where teamwork matters almost as much as causing trouble.

  • 40+ playable animals and a lot of cosmetics, to be unlocked.

  • 50+ abilities, from useful combat skills to devastating magical catastrophes.

  • In-match character progression: choose abilities, change weapons, and equip power-ups.

  • Contested areas to capture, defend, and fight over.

  • Destructible environments: burn forests, collapse bridges, smash structures, and reshape the battlefield.

  • Persistent destruction: the damage you cause stays until the match ends.

  • Dynamic weather to make an already chaotic battle even less predictable.

  • Enemy base destruction: fight your way through their defenses and bring their base down.

  • Cute characters, blood, gore, and completely unnecessary violence.

Alert your friends. Chaos will reign.

Mature Content Description

The developers describe the content like this:

This game features frequent stylized combat violence between cartoon animal characters, including blood splatter, characters being killed by attack abilities. Violence is presented with a cute art style and dark humor, without dismemberment or realistic gore.
