About This Game

Cover Up! is online hide-and-seek where you paint yourself to match the level. Luck and skill both take part in hiding from the seekers, who are chasing you with a paint gun.

Features

• Paint your own camouflage - freeform brushes, a full color picker, and an eyedropper that samples the real surfaces around you.
  
• Battle royale - With very little time to hide, the auto paint feature comes handy. The map keeps shrinking as players are found or the clock ticks down.
  
• Infection mode - if a hiding player is found it join the seekers.
  
• Scoring that rewards nerve - points only count while a seeker has you in view. Hiding in an empty corner scores zero. Standing where they keep looking, scores the most.
  
• Large player count - up to 42 players in one match.
  
• Fair by design - fixed rendering, fixed settings. No monitor, GPU, or config file gives an edge.
  
• Island hub between rounds - a shared island with toys, emotes, and the full paint kit. Test disguises on your friends before the next round.
  
• MVPs - top players get picked after every round.
  
• Movement - double... nay TRIPLE! jump, wall kick, ledge climb.
  
• Play with anyone - public lobby browser with search and filters, join codes for friends, and automatic detection of lobbies started by other players on your LAN.
  
• Streamer mode - hides other players' names in-game, and limits chat and voice to your friend list.
  
• Accessible - with toggles to limit aggressive noises, aggressive lights - and with color blind mode - the game strives to accommodate players with different needs.

Anti-cheat

Cover Up! uses Easy Anti-Cheat by Epic. The game won't run in a virtual machine. On recent versions of Windows, Secure Boot and TPM must be enabled.
