About This Game

Less than a year after a deadly epidemic turned most of humanity into zombies, survivors keep wandering, each on their own journey. Along the way, they create Safe Zones: temporary shelters where they can catch their breath, regain their strength, and prepare for whatever the future holds. You are those Safe Zones.

Build a new world

In a ravaged world, furnish, repair, and build the coziest Safe Zone possible.

Survivor stories

Survivors will come and go, each one bringing new stories. Get to know them, find out where they've come from and where they're headed, and create a warm place where they can rest and feel safe.

Survivors will eventually move on, perhaps never to return. But every encounter matters and will stay etched in your memory.

The end of the world can be comfortable

As survivors pass through your Safe Zone, they'll bring you more and more items to put to use. Furnish and decorate your shelter to make it both beautiful and comfortable.

Customize your walls, lay out your rooms, and create cozy spaces for your survivors. There's no right way to build a Safe Zone: create your own.

Apocalypse & Chill

In Safe Zone, there's no rush. Take all the time you need to reach your goals, build up your shelter, and make your survivors feel at home there.

Relax and watch them enjoy the place you've built, or take a moment to explore the surrounding area and learn more about the pandemic and the world it left behind.
