Blood Covenant is a 1–4 player co-op survival horror job-sim. You and your crew are hazmat cleaners working the night shift at Hargrove Psychiatric Institute, an abandoned hospital with a history no one talks about and a presence no one can explain.

Every shift, you get your directives from the dispatcher: clean the blood off the walls, seal the contaminated rooms, collect the biological samples. Simple work. Good pay. Just don't make too much noise.

The Shift Loop

Clock in. Grab your tablet from the van, check your directives, and head inside.

Get to work. Scrub blood, seal breaches, bag samples. Every tool you use makes noise. Every noise draws attention. Work fast, work quiet, or work together — but get it done.

Survive extraction. When the shift timer runs out, the doors lock. Something wakes up. Survive until the work van arrives, then run.

Get paid. Base pay for completed directives, bonus commission for extra blood vials collected, multiplied by your shift number. Spend your cash on promotions and black market gear before the next shift.

Go deeper. Every shift sends you further into the hospital. Later shifts open the exterior grounds where the work is harder, and the things out there are worse.
