Blood Covenant is a 1–4 player co-op survival horror job-sim. You and your crew are hazmat cleaners working the night shift at Hargrove Psychiatric Institute, an abandoned hospital with a history no one talks about and a presence no one can explain.

Every shift, you get your directives from the dispatcher: clean the blood off the walls, seal the contaminated rooms, collect the biological samples. Simple work. Good pay. Just don't make too much noise.

The Shift

Deduce. Something has moved in. Log its signs in the Ledger and name it before you light the altar.

Offer. Vials, the crew's pay, or a crewmate's blood. Name it wrong and it hunts you.
