“We plan to remain in Early Access for approximately 12 months. This timeline may shift depending on community feedback and the scope of content we want to deliver before the full 1.0 launch.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version includes the core gameplay loop. 5 Hantu and 5 Humans in the roster and 3 Maps playable.

Full release (1.0))to include:

1. Expanded Folklore: More maps inspired by diverse Southeast Asian legends.

2. New Roster: A wider variety of playable Hantu with unique spectral powers, new Human characters designed specifically to counter them and vice versa.


3. New Rituals: Additional game modes that put fresh spins on the asymmetric horror formula.

4. Total Polish: A fully balanced and optimized experience across all game modes.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core game is playable and functional with 6-player lobbies, prop-disguise mechanics, Hantu abilities, and the Rupavarna Machine repair system are all in. Some content, balancing, and visual polish are still in progress. Expect bugs and active updates as we improve the experience.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We're launching at an Early Access price so you can bring your whole squad. When the full 1.0 drops, the price goes up slightly.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback is central to our development. Especially since we are including various southeast asian lores. We will actively engage players through Discord, Social media, Steam Discussions, and regular developer updates. Feedback on balance, abilities, and map design will directly influence our update roadmap. Players shape the Realm.”

About This Game

Saw a durian move? it probably did.

Hantu and the Hunted! (HaH!) is an asymmetrical game of hide-and-seek where the legendary ghosts of Southeast Asia face off against a group of humans.

There are no weapon upgrades or gunfights here, just your ability to blend in and the ghost's ability to sniff you out.

The Match Flow

The Awakening:

Step into the realm and pick your role. While Humans scramble for a good hiding spot, the Hantus wait in the shadows to hunt them.

Hide or Hunt:

Humans must move through the map to collect Batuprana crystals and repair the Rupavarna Machines. You can work together to finish faster, but the noise will definitely catch the Hantu’s attention.

The Final Escape:

Once the machines are humming, the Portals open. It’s a mad dash for the exit. Will you make it back to the living world, or will you become a permanent resident of the Ghost Realm?
