About This Game

Idle Knight is an idle RPG where your character progresses as you use your PC.

Every interaction matters, mouse clicks, keyboard inputs, controller actions.

As long as you're using your computer, your knight is gaining XP.

The game runs in the background and is designed to fit naturally into your daily routine.

CORE IDEA

The concept is simple:

You don’t actively grind the game.

You progress by simply using your computer.

At first, progression feels fast and rewarding.

Over time, it slows down significantly.

At that point, the game shifts from passive growth to decision-making and optimization.

PROGRESSION SYSTEM

Each input generates XP.

Leveling up gives you stat points that define your character:

- HP : your health and survivability

- DMG : your damage output

- AGI : determines evasion and action speed

Your build directly affects how efficiently you progress and how well you perform in combat.

BUILDS AND STRATEGY

There is no single correct build.

You can focus on raw damage, survivability, or agility-based scaling.

However, as difficulty increases, inefficient builds will slow your progress.

This is where experimentation and optimization become important.

RESETS AND FLEXIBILITY

You are not locked into your decisions.

Special items, such as the Phoenix Feather, allow you to reset your stats while keeping your level.

This lets you test different builds and adjust your strategy over time.

DUNGEONS

Dungeons are structured challenges where you choose which one to enter based on its recommended level.

Each dungeon has a difficulty rating, and selecting the right one is important for your progression.

Once inside, you must climb through multiple floors, defeating enemies along the way until you reach the final boss.

Beating the boss completes the dungeon and grants rewards.

Rewards scale depending on the dungeon difficulty and your performance.

Dungeons are designed to test your build in real conditions.

A weak build will struggle to progress through the floors.

A well-optimized build will clear dungeons efficiently and unlock better rewards.

RANKED MODE

The game features a ranked system with multiple tiers:

Farmer → Stable Boy → Infantryman → Knight → Royal Knight → Warlord

You have a limited number of ranked attempts per day.

Winning increases your rank.

Losing decreases it.

Rank progression depends heavily on your build quality, not just playtime.

HOW YOU PLAY

Idle Knight supports two playstyles:

- Passive play: progress in the background while using your PC

- Active play: optimize builds and push ranked progression

Most players naturally combine both approaches.

COSMETICS

Cosmetic items are available through gameplay or purchase.

They are purely visual and have no impact on gameplay or progression.

MONETIZATION

Idle Knight is free-to-play.

There is no pay-to-win system.

All gameplay-relevant systems can be unlocked through normal progression.

ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEM

Because progression is based on real input detection, the game includes an anti-cheat system.

It detects:

- macros

- automated inputs

- unnatural input patterns

The goal is to ensure fair competition in ranked mode.

ENGINE

Idle Knight runs on a custom engine developed specifically for this game by me (VECR).

It is designed for:

- real-time input tracking

- stable background performance

- long-term incremental progression systems

Everything is built specifically for this type of gameplay.

NOTE

Idle Knight is a long-term progression game.

Progress naturally slows down over time.

The game is designed around optimization, planning, and gradual improvement rather than fast completion.
