CielChan uses generative AI to create real-time conversation responses and voice synthesis. When you chat with CielChan, a local AI model generates her text responses, and bundled TTS engines convert those responses to speech. All AI processing happens entirely on your PC — no data is sent to external servers, and no internet connection is required after download. The AI model, voice synthesis, and all assets are included in the download. CielChan works offline forever, even if the developer disappears.
