Effective date: 2 October 2026

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is between you and Elushis Music & Gaming (we/us) and governs CielChan: Anime Desktop AI Companion (the App). By accepting this EULA, you agree to its terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The Steam Subscriber Agreement also applies separately.

Subject to this EULA and your Steam entitlement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and use the App. This does not transfer ownership of the App or its proprietary assets. Third-party models, code, characters and other assets remain under their own licences, identified in the supplied credits and licence files. Nothing here removes rights expressly granted by a third-party licence.

The App generates text, speech and other content that may be inaccurate, offensive or unsuitable. Review outputs and proposed actions before relying on them. Do not use the App to break the law, harm or harass others, or infringe their rights. Provide voice samples, images and other material only when you have the necessary rights and consent. Do not clone or impersonate a person without their consent. Clearly identify AI-generated speech as machine-generated when you present, publish or share it.

The offline core processes content locally. Optional cloud AI, voice, multiplayer, Steam and other connected features may transmit relevant text, audio, images or account-related data to the service you choose. Those services have separate terms and privacy practices. Review the App settings and our separate privacy notice before enabling them.

The bundled Supertonic 3 model weights and preset voice styles are licensed under the BigScience Open RAIL-M License. As a binding condition of accessing, using or redistributing that model or a derivative, you must comply with Section 5 and every restriction in Attachment A of that licence, which are incorporated into this EULA. Prohibited uses include unlawful activity; harm to minors; harmful false information or personal data; undisclosed machine-generated content; harassment; impersonation without consent; adverse automated legal decisions; discrimination or harmful manipulation; medical advice; and specified justice, law-enforcement, immigration or asylum uses. This summary does not replace Attachment A. Give any recipient of the model the full licence, pass on its use restrictions, retain applicable notices, and mark modified model files as changed. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free AI output or online services. Any warranty disclaimer or limit on liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this EULA excludes consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update the App and this EULA. Where required, we will notify you of material changes and seek renewed acceptance. Questions: gaming@elushis.com.
