What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We want to get the "Monthly Recurring Revenue" loop exactly right. Management games live or die by their balance, and Early Access allows us to fine-tune the cost of hardware, tech salaries, and project timelines with real player feedback. We have the core onboarding engine running, and now we want to build the rest of the company alongside the community.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Our current plan is to stay in Early Access for about 1 year. This gives us enough time to implement the larger "Enterprise" features while maintaining a steady cadence of updates based on player reports.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full game is about moving from a "one-man shop" to a corporate empire. While the core "onboarding" loop is there, we’re planning to refine the economy.
We also plan to add additional content through the mid and late game portions to further allow the player to express themselves and their ideas for how their company should run.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is a fully playable management loop. You can already:

Find leads and run the entire background onboarding process (Audit, Procurement, and Implementation).

Manage a team of techs and deal with their daily "on-site" random events.

Watch your Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) grow while balancing the "burn rate" of your office costs.

The foundation is stable, and you can play through multiple "company levels" right now.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually raise the price as we ship major new content and features. Early adopters are helping us build the game from the ground up, so they get the lowest price as a "thank you" for their early support and feedback.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Constant feedback, polls, streams, and chats to keep everyone informed, and engaged. This game will be built on the pillar of community.
All players can engage with us on our Discord, or the steam Discussions with ideas, feedback, and bug reports.”

About This Game

About My Little MSP

My Little MSP is a 2D top-down cosy-hard management sim where you build and run a growing IT service business. Design your data center floor, rack and patch real hardware, juggle client contracts, and keep SLAs alive while your team handles day-to-day chaos.

This is a sandbox about smart planning under pressure: every cable path, hardware choice, and staffing decision matters.

Key Features

  • Build your infrastructure — place racks, install servers and switches, and expand your floor layout over time.

  • Patch with intention — create clean (or messy) cable routes in detailed patch panels with visual network feedback.

  • Manage real constraints — balance IOPS and throughput demand, avoid saturation, and prevent service degradation.

  • Run client operations — accept contracts, meet isolation requirements, and protect revenue by maintaining SLA performance.

  • Coordinate your staff — assign tasks, manage stamina and mood, and keep support workflows moving.

  • Play your way — non-linear sandbox progression with room to optimize, experiment, and recover from mistakes.
