My Little MSP is a 2D top-down cosy-hard management sim where you build and run a growing IT service business. Design your data center floor, rack and patch real hardware, juggle client contracts, and keep SLAs alive while your team handles day-to-day chaos.

This is a sandbox about smart planning under pressure: every cable path, hardware choice, and staffing decision matters.

Key Features

  • Build your infrastructure — place racks, install servers and switches, and expand your floor layout over time.

  • Patch with intention — create clean (or messy) cable routes in detailed patch panels with visual network feedback.

  • Manage real constraints — balance IOPS and throughput demand, avoid saturation, and prevent service degradation.

  • Run client operations — accept contracts, meet isolation requirements, and protect revenue by maintaining SLA performance.

  • Coordinate your staff — assign tasks, manage stamina and mood, and keep support workflows moving.

  • Play your way — non-linear sandbox progression with room to optimize, experiment, and recover from mistakes.
