Why Early Access?

“Dadi Kingdom will start in Early Access as soon as the technical workflow and the core mechanics are running stably. This phase is used to test the foundation under live conditions while the quests and events already in place are expanded for the final release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Currently, 6 to 18 months are planned. The timeframe depends on how quickly the remaining implementations are completed and the technical stability for the full version is achieved.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is fully planned and will contain significantly more quests and in-game events. Technically, the full integration of Live Link Face motion capture for realistic MetaHuman animations as well as support for macOS (M1/M2/M3), VR, and consoles (PlayStation and Xbox) will be implemented.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The basic mechanics are running stably. At the moment, final videos and trailers are still missing. The quests are already in place and will be continuously expanded and completed during the Early Access phase.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The Early Access version is available at a reduced price in order to honor early support for the project. When the full version is reached and all quests, events, and final technical features have been implemented, the price will be increased once for the final release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The exchange with the players is a fixed part of the completion process. Through the Discord server and the Steam forums, a direct channel for technical feedback, bug reports, and specific suggestions for the expansion of quests and events will be provided. I personally review this feedback and incorporate it directly into the prioritization of upcoming updates in order to ensure that the full version meets the expectations of the players.”

About This Game

Absolute Power and Radical Consequences

You have total freedom: In Dadi Kingdom, you can kill anyone and everyone who stands in your way or questions your authority. But in this world, violence is never without consequences. Every execution and every death permanently changes the fabric of your empire. Those who rule with an iron fist must expect the hatred of the survivors. Every life you end and every judgment you pass has a direct impact on the further course of the game and triggers chain reactions that can haunt you days later.

Strategic Empire Management & Expansion Menu

The heart of your rule lies in the targeted development of your empire. You actively control the progress of your lands via a central menu:

  • Targeted Investment: You determine in the menu which areas of your empire are invested in and expanded. Your gold investments directly determine the growth, defense, and stability of your territory. Depending on the investment, your options and the safety of your people change.

  • Factions and Reputation: Your survival depends on your standing. You must pay tributes to the Church and buy magic herbs for the Mages to maintain your reputation and keep powerful bonuses. If you do not pay, your reputation suffers massively, story paths close, and factions turn against you.

  • Income and the Risk of the Night: You get your income from the people, but the price is constant vigilance. In the dangerous nights, you risk being robbed at any time. Your entire planning can fail in a single night due to a raid.

  • Online Scoreboard: Survive as long as possible. The global leaderboard shows unshakeably who leads the most skillful dynasty and has lasted the longest against the looming downfall.

Dynasty and the Blood of Rulers

Secure the survival of your bloodline over generations. The game is not over with your death; it is about the legacy of your family.

  • Marriage and Succession: You can get married and have children to anchor your dynasty in the world. Your descendants take up your legacy and must live on with the harsh consequences of your previous rule. Only a strong line survives the decades of scarcity.

Adventure, Exploration, and Versatile Tasks

Leave the castle and dive into a world full of dangers. Away from the throne room, you are directly challenged:

  • High-Fantasy Threats: Fight against dark mages, undead skeleton hordes, primitive lizardmen, and other monsters. The battles demand all your skill in an uncompromising environment.

  • Versatile Challenges: Many small tasks and games await you in the daily life of the empire. Prove your precision at risky knife roulette, participate in various beggar games, or find a moment of peace while fishing to collect resources or bridge the time until the next attack.

  • Quests and Exploration: Set out, complete quests, and explore villages, forests, and ruins to collect loot and reputation that flow directly into your state treasury and the strength of your troops.
