There are no couriers racing through the streets here—every “delivery” happens inside the restaurant. Your goal is to maximize efficiency in a tight space: Order → Pick up → Serve → Cash in → Expand. The loop is simple, but every step demands trade-offs, pathing, and timing.

  • Hands-on serving: weave through tables and crowds, close gaps, and get dishes to the table fast.

  • Hiring & coordination: spawn/upgrade waiters, split roles, and build a high-efficiency “service chain.”

  • Path optimization: spend money to unlock tables and corridors, shortening the distance from Kitchen → Pass → Guest.

  • Rush management: waves of guests, dish variety, and wait thresholds test your on-the-spot decisions.
