Why Early Access?

“Dreadmark Outlaws is being developed by an experienced team whose members have previously worked on titles including Sacred, Crusader Kings III and Star Trek Voyager: Across the Unknown.

The foundation of the game is already in place. Early Access allows us to build on it together with the community — expanding the world, refining the gameplay and focusing development on the features and content our players enjoy most.

Our goal is simple: deliver a distinctive, polished and highly replayable Wild West experience filled with zombies, gunfights and absolute chaos.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Dreadmark Outlaws to remain in Early Access for approximately six months. This may change depending on player feedback and the scope of additional content developed during Early Access.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“During Early Access, we plan to expand Dreadmark Outlaws with additional weapons, enemies, maps, game modes, outfits and defensive structures.

We also plan to continue improving balancing, progression, AI, performance and overall polish based on community feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version already offers six playable game modes across single-player, co-op and PvP, with multiple difficulty levels.

Players can fight alongside friends or AI companions, face increasingly dangerous zombie hordes, build defenses, compete against other outlaws and experiment with a growing selection of weapons and equipment.

The core gameplay systems are fully playable, while additional content and improvements will continue to arrive throughout Early Access.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually increase the price as major content and features are added.

Players who join us early will receive the game at the lowest introductory price.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback is an important part of our development process.

We actively follow discussions on Steam and Discord, gather feedback from players and regularly involve the community in decisions through polls and direct discussions.

We want to build Dreadmark Outlaws together with the people actually playing it — while staying true to the vision and identity of the game.”
