What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“The game is still in early and active development, with many features being designed while others are yet to be fully implemented. Early Access gives us a chance to test new features while gathering feedback from our community on potential issues that may arise.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“At this time, we can not give a definitive answer. We estimate that we could potentially release the full game within the next year or two.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Much of the early builds of this game was built off of stock and pre-existing assets; moreover, the gameplay was extremely barebones. The full version will feature a more refined and robust gameplay loop, unique features, and in-house assets.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently, the game is playable with a simple gameplay loop and multiplayer PVP elements. There are bugs being ironed out, and the gameplay is still at an early, tech-demo like state, but the game does function as intended.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We do not plan to change the price upon release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We have already begun rolling out playtests with our community members from time to time whenever we require a large sample size for testing new gameplay features and the game’s overall stability. We plan on continuing this tradition up until the full release of the project.”

About This Game

Hidden in a secret facility, Site-16 is home to a variety of anomalous objects and entities. These anomalies defy all known natural laws and could spell disaster for humanity. Fortunately enough, the SCP Foundation has made it their life long mission to secure, contain, and protect humanity from any and all anomalies. Unfortunately, something has gone terribly wrong…

Introducing Site-16

Located in [REDACTED], Site-16 is a massive multi-zoned facility, each zone featuring its own atmosphere, loot, features, and anomalous items and entities. Choose to either explore each zone for unique loot or try to blitz your way out to escape.

Survive as Foundation Personnel

Take the role of a Foundation personnel by playing either a D-Class or a scientist. Navigate the abandoned halls of the and Light Containment as you attempt to reach the Heavy Containment and beyond. Cooperation is in your best interest, as the facility is littered with hostile entities, now roaming freely throughout the halls and who yearn for nothing more than to kill anyone on sight.

Retake the Site

The Foundation has been made aware of the current crisis at Site-16, which is why multiple friendly operatives are here to help. Take control of the MTF unit Epsilon-11, "Nine-Tailed Fox" as they enter the site, tasked with locating Foundation personnel, and escorting them to safety while fighting off any hostiles that come your way.

Be cautious, as recent reports show a high likelihood of hostile units scaling the outer walls of the site. Bust into the site as the Chaos Insurgency and destabilize the Foundation. Kill anyone or anything that stands in your way.

Hunt as Anomalous Entities

What is an SCP facility without SCP’s? Luckily for you, these dangerous entities won't always be your enemies. Play as one of many SCP’s, working alongside others to ensure humanity falls.

Each SCP is tailored to represent their original wiki entries as accurately as possible, but with creative liberties taken to ensure that they’re fun to play as and horrifying to play against, all while staying true to the source; moreover, there are still many more SCP’s that are eagerly waiting their chance to escape containment, so stay alert.

Multiplayer Gameplay

Site-16 houses a plethora of unique rooms to explore, loot, and hide in. There are many keycards scattered around the halls that will prove to be useful to escape. Coupled with more anomalous items, and your chances of survival begin to look a little brighter… just slightly.

Can’t find anything useful? No worries, just grab any small object around the site to attempt to fight back, or you may try to barricade yourself into a makeshift panic room. Every prop on the map is interactable, the world is your oyster!

Communicate with others using proximity voice chat, try to negotiate for your freedom, but beware that the SCP’s may be nearby, so keep your voices down.

Play the role of an SCP, fighting off any militant groups that stand in your way. Work alongside your fellow SCP’s in an unheard of alliance as you work together to kill Foundation personnel as you escape containment. Kill anyone on sight, humanity deserves to fall.

Although the site is in chaos, you can still fight for control. Capture control points to get the site back in full operation, or maybe just activate the hidden failsafe inside and watch everyone and everything trapped inside go in a boom…
