About This Game

History

By the Party's assignment, the team of Liquidators is tasked with locating and extracting a Missing Person on an abandoned floor. The Liquidators' inventory includes a flashlight and a walkie-talkie. The floor is isolated by a hermetic door, which will be opened after some time from the beginning of the task or upon delivering the Missing Person.

Be vigilant, the floor is not safe: due to the Samosbor, an aggressive creature known as the Ratman inhabits there. The Ratman is blind and perceives the surrounding world like a bat - through echolocation. Its strong paws and sharp claws pose an extreme danger.

Key Features

  • Five players, two roles - the roles of Liquidators and Ratmen are assigned to the players. Each player brings their own gaming style, strategies, and character, playing not against the computer, but against each other. The use of in-game voice chat complements this experience, allowing players to coordinate actions, build tactics, and discuss events. This maintains a constant dynamic and unexpected turns of events, making each gaming session unpredictable and thrilling.
  • Liquidator, be silent to avoid detection - the Ratman relies on echolocation to navigate the world. Every sound created by the Liquidators can be a fatal mistake, while for the Ratman, sound becomes the key to survival. Thus, sound in the game is not only an atmospheric element but the main gameplay mechanism that determines players' actions and strategies, creating a tense and captivating gaming experience.

Mechanics

  • Ratman has close-range attacks.
  • Ratman's vision - for some time, it can see inorganic objects and surroundings illuminated by emitted sound. The Ratman sees the tracks of wounded characters. The longer a person stays in one place, the stronger their scent becomes for the Ratman.
  • Flashlight - emits a weak beam of light, allowing orientation in locations. It discharges, after which it needs to be recharged. Charging the flashlight emits a lot of noise. It has a special mode that quickly drains the charge but allows temporarily blinding the Ratman.
  • Walkie-talkie - allows Liquidators to communicate over long distances. When transmitting, it emits radio waves that illuminate the surroundings for the Ratman. It emits white noise if the Ratman is nearby.
  • Items can be turned off and discarded.
