“We expect around 6–12 months, depending on player feedback and how quickly we can deliver the planned features at the quality we want.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will add more 3D rooms, avatars and ıstakas, an expanded inventory and customization menu, quick matchmaking, and ranked play. We will also keep polishing performance, stability and the overall feel of the table.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core game is fully playable: complete Okey rules, online games with friends through Steam, bots to fill empty seats, host migration so games continue if the host leaves, voice chat, emotes, avatars, ıstakas, multiple 3D rooms, and levels and titles.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Okey Online is free to play during Early Access and will stay free to play at full release. Any future purchases will be optional cosmetics that do not affect gameplay.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We read every review and discussion post on Steam, and player feedback directly decides what we fix and build next. Regular updates will note which changes came from community suggestions.”
