pros: runs stable on win7, graphically updated to a higher standard than the original, varied environments, soundtrack fits the theme, some puzzles are very well designed, exponentially better boobs on Lara compared to the original
cons: clunky movement and controls, derpy camera angles, combat is basic and repetative, unable to scroll multiple targets when aiming, quick-time-events during cut scenes, bosses are tedious to fight (they always require bullet time), I found the fog/dust and blur effects disruptive, storyline and ending is dull
Overall, this is an updated game to the first and classic Tomb Raider 1 (not to be confused with the lame 2013 title), and does deserve some attention from where the genre had its beginings. The general consensus seems to be that TB: Anniversary did the original TR1 justice - although I personally didn't play the original to completion, I would have to agree with the consensus from what ive played.
Tomb Raider: Anniversary has my recommendation.
