It was a pretty good game. Graphics were great, people actually had good voiceover and the characters had really good face expressions. The Hidden Object Scenes are quite different from the usual ones, because you always need to find something physically there, and you have to use that item on another one. This is actually a good feat, because there is no longer a "find a beachball because why not" situation - if someone prefers this, the added realism can help.
Some problems with the game that don't make it broken or bad, but can be annoying / can't really explain why are they implemented in the way they are:
-Can't play in windowed mode because my resolution (1366*768) apparently too low for it. Also, there is a button for widescreen that doesn't work.
-You need to collect gold coins during the game to buy some items, like bird food. At the end you need 12 gold pieces to open a train's door (or something like that) First of all, why the hell 12? When you find out you need 12 you have 5, maybe 7. So the game starts to shove money down on your throat, there is a scene when you find two. Also, you'll have to re-visit the first few screens (No backtracing, you end up in a loop) when some coins magically appeared since you were there (the city is under lockdown and almost empty). Also, you need to click the coin near your inventory, then insert to the door-machine-thingy. 12 times.
There are boxes in game which needed their screws / nails to be removed. It's actually random that you need to click once on each one, or click 4 times on the box. Little difference and no big deal, but I don't know why are two different ways in the game.
After all it's a nice HOG with really nice graphics, but it's really short (3 hours indeed) and the ending is really forced, like the example with the gold coins. Suddenly you need and will find a coin on every scene while midgame there was one every 3-4 scenes, and this really makes me feel like the game's ending is rushed.
I DO recommend it, but only on a sale - or can be a fantastic deal in a bundle. But 14€ is a lot of money for a game that offers half as content as other HOGs at half at this price.
