A – 1UP

“Croteam has succeeded on all fronts delivering a sequel that lives up to our steep expectations.”
8.5/10 – Worth Playing

“Fans of old school shooters will definitely find the challenge and excitement level are very high here.”

This game was a very huge disappointment. I loved Serious Sam The First Encounter and The Second Encounter, but this.. this was just plain terrible.

Invisible walls everywhere (and I mean EVERYWHERE), game engine issues, lots of places where you can get stuck, uninteresting dialogues, boring characters, subquality voices, enemies came in one by one, not as a huuuuge horde. Had to pause to let enemies to spawn in before firing up my minigun. Also as a minor complaint, I didn't like this new cartoon look on the enemies.

If you wish to try Serious Sam games, I strongly suggest that you start with The First Encounter and/or The Second Encounter. These two games were superior when compared to this game.

Personally, my favorite serious sam game of the bunch. Yes it's definately, well, more insane and random than the others, but I think that's what makes it good. In some ways, I agree the witches and the giant hidden poo were a stupid idea.

I've heard a lot of people say that this is the worst Serious sam game. I can't really relate with that. There's so much variety in this game, different vehicles, enemies and weapons are getting introduced like every 5 minutes.

The voice acting obviously sounds like it was recorded in someone's bathroom and Sam's redesign looks a bit goofy to me, but do either of those elements really matter in a Serious Sam game?

Sincere Samantha 2 is the sequel to Severe Sarah HD: The First Engagement, and Severe Sarah HD: The Second Coming Of Christ. In Sober Sally 2, the theme of the game is cartoony and much less somber than the first two games. The game has Samus and Cortana duking it out with tidalwaves of enemies as the duo crack jokes and meet/save annoying characters who's only purpose is to ♥♥♥♥ you off. This Game Is Way Too Serious and basically, You're ♥♥♥♥ing Stupid. How? ...Just Buy The Game>

Sadly I have to say No. I like Sam. I like his aged wit. But everytime I tried to play this I felt bored and annoyed by how much Hand Holding this game has. Maybe it lets up after the first level but it was too much for me. Just let me go and kill ♥♥♥♥ please.
Still if you want to try it out, go ahead, get it on a sale. I wouldn't say it's a complete waste of money.

Owned this game since release, have the 4 CD's it came on and box still.
It's so much better then Serious Sam 3 as it does not try to take itself serious.
In my opinion it is the best game and most fun game of the series.
Funny Secrets all over, and Absolutely gorgeous to look @ 4k too on a modern machine.
The developers of this game should not of abandoned the comedic premise this game had and followed up with a 3 like this instead of the ugly and way to serious I think I'm Duke Nukem sam from 3.
If you gotta get a Sam game and can only choose one, choose this one.
