About This Game

Defend the forest with an animal team you build, merge, and arrange. Wild Guard is a pixel-art tower defense game where your guardians’ neighbors matter as much as their strength.

Merge your team

Choose from 20 animal guardians and combine matching animals to raise them up to 5 stars. Decide which guardians to strengthen as you build your formation.

Find the right neighbors

Place animals on a hex grid to activate neighboring-animal synergies. Inspect their effects and link conditions, then rearrange your team to put those combinations to work.

Choose your next step

Pick one of three rewards and shape your team across eight regions. Face 28 enemy types, including enemies that heal allies or revive once. Play in Normal, or take on Hell’s harder enemy curve.

Generative AI tools were used during development to create some visual assets, including animal and enemy sprites, portraits, and map artwork. These assets are pre-generated; the game does not generate content using AI during gameplay.

AI-assisted tools were also used to translate the interface and in-game text into additional languages. These translations are prepared during development and stored in the game; no runtime AI translation service is used.
