- Fixed a bug with Skeleton King's Reincarnation and Aegis
- Fixed a bug with Sticky Napalm not affecting turn rate properly
- Fixed Swap requests taking away gold each time
- Fixed a crash with Rubick stealing Aghanim upgraded Primal Split
- Fixed an issue with the time/random on the last pick in Captain's Mode
- dota_range_display is now only usable in Bot Matchmaking, Practice lobby with bots and Practice lobbies with cheats enabled
