“與生化危機 2 Remake 相比，這次遊戲更像是動作射擊遊戲,解謎較少. 我會說這更像RE6. 遊戲發生在更廣闊的城市,不那麼可怕,恐怖程度降低了. 可能是由於地圖更複雜，殭屍更多,遊戲中的圖形也略有下降. 另一方面，此遊戲還包括4 v 1模式的在線遊戲,4個倖存者 VS 1個策劃者.”
