Why Early Access?

“Player feedback is a critical part in perfecting any fighting game, and Fight Of Gods is no exception. We want to involve the community in the final stages of development of Fight Of Gods as we seek to add additional characters to our already-strong roster, and are also looking to involve our players in the decisions about which gods to include in our final roster.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently anticipate a period of 6-9 months, but we won't be leaving Early Access until we are fully happy with all of our mechanics and balancing.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“For the full version of Fight Of Gods we are looking to increase the roster size and ship additional modes, including online play.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“We currently have ten gods in place, each with a unique stage. Fight Of Gods also includes a full arcade mode and local multiplayer.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We are looking to ship major additional content and features during Early Access, with gradual price increases alongside set updates as we approach our full game feature set. However, one of our first planned updates will increase the roster size to 12 gods, with no adjustment to the price.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will be seeking regular feedback from our players on the balancing. We will also be asking our community to nominate the god or gods they most want to see in future roster updates, and will be basing some of our decisions on these community requests.”

Fight of Gods 1.0.7 Update and Development Report



Hello everyone, this is Ken, the producer of Fight of Gods. Firstly, thanks again for supporting Fight of Gods, it’s been some time since our last update, so I figured we should let you guys know what we have been working on these last few months and what we are planning to do next!

Tweaks and Changes:
The balance of fighting game is always an on-going never-ending task and is something we’ve been working hard on, there are also a host of visual improvements to the game that will be available in this update, and finally, we have also been working on optimization for the title, so the game will take up less space and run smoother than it ever has before.

Online Matching Feature:
We’ve had a big break through on this, and the core of the online matching feature is completed. (Yes!! We did it). This is a huge milestone for Fight of Gods, but we still need a little more time to test internally and make it more stable before players can test. We appreciate your patient, and apologise for the delay.

New Character?
We have plans for brand new characters in the Fight of Gods series and we’ve been working very hard on this, however we are not planning on introducing them until the game is feature complete.

Thanks again for supporting us, as well as Fight of Gods, and as usual, any thoughts and feedback are welcome and appreciated!
