A cozy first-person incremental game about cleaning the windows of a skyscraper that just keeps going. Scrub the glass, earn a dollar, buy better gear and little robot helpers, and climb: past the pigeons, past the clouds, past where the air runs out. Solo or co-op with a friend.

About This Game

Clean a window. Get paid. Go up.

You're on a work platform on the outside of a very tall building. Hold the mouse and drag your squeegee across the glass. The grime comes off, the window shines, and you get paid. When the floor is clean, crank the platform up. Until you buy a longer deck, it slides along first. Then do it again.

One more window. Then the next floor. Then the next upgrade.

One catalog, and your gear changes as you buy

There's one currency and one catalog. Wider blades, a soap sprayer, a motor for the platform, a longer deck, auto-climb. Your squeegee grows, the platform grows, and the floors start to fly past.

Hire some (slightly clumsy) help

A wobbly little suction-cup robot that waddles from pane to pane. A robot arm on a trolley. A drone that throws water at the floor above. Level them up and watch them get better at their jobs, while you take on the tough panes yourself.

How high does it go?

The tower was built a decade at a time, so every stretch is from another era: 1920s Art Deco at the street, then 50s offices, 70s hotel rooms, sky gardens, airports in the sky and higher. The day moves with you, from sunrise at the bottom to midnight at the top. Pigeons fly below the deck. The clouds go by underneath. Airliners cross below you.

And when you look up, the tower still hasn't stopped.

Look through the glass

Behind every window is somebody's room. A barber, a typing pool, a record collector, an arcade, a dentist, behind the glass. Nobody talks. There's no dialogue, just the rooms, the view and a pigeon called Gerald, who seems very interested in you.

If you keep looking, the tower has a story to tell.

Better with a friend

Two-player online co-op over Steam: one wallet, one platform, proximity voice, and you split the panes. A friend can join or leave any time.

Features

  • A simple, satisfying loop. Hold to clean, press E to use. That's nearly the whole control scheme.
  • 23 upgrade lines across 6 tracks: pay, squeegee, platform, tools, helpers and gear.
  • 3 robot helpers to level up, each with its own clumsy personality.
  • 8 zones, each from a different time, with its own sky, sounds and kinds of grime.
  • Well over a thousand windows: tinted glass, cracks, stickers, nests on the sills, and a room behind every pane.
  • A wordless story hidden in the rooms, for anyone who keeps looking.
  • No fail states, no timers, no stress. The harness always catches you.
  • 2-player online co-op with voice chat, or play solo.
  • A complete game with an ending, about 3 to 4 hours.
  • Comfort settings for players who get motion sick: steady view while cleaning, on by default, plus field of view, head bob and reduced motion options.
