About This Game

Thirty days. One snowy lot.

It is Black Friday in a small Montana town, you have a corner lot and a pile of Christmas trees, and everybody wants theirs by Christmas Eve.

Sell a family the tree they came for. Saw a fresh cut off the trunk, run it through the baler, carry it to their car and strap it to the roof. Then do it again, because there is a line.

A real job, start to finish

• Sell, saw, net, flock, decorate, load and ring up every tree yourself.
  
• Customers want a certain kind and height. Some will settle for another tree, and some will let you know about it.
  
• Order tomorrow's stock each night, and try not to run out of six-footers on a Saturday.

Grow the lot

• 21 upgrades, from a ball of twine to a baler, a flocking machine, a delivery pickup and a second lot across town.
  
• Hire lot kids, sales associates, a cashier, a decorator and more, and watch them work.
  
• Sell Scotch pine, Douglas fir and Noble fir in three sizes, up to 63 trees on the lot.
  
• Add cocoa, wreaths, phone orders and deliveries.

Santa is watching

He inspects the lot every Tuesday with a clipboard, judges how many people you served, how long they waited and whether you got the special orders right, then leaves a card on your till explaining exactly what he thinks of you.

The big night

Make it to Christmas Eve and the whole town walks down to the dark town tree. Three, two, one. Then Santa gives his final word on your season.

Play your way

Full controller support, menus sized for the Steam Deck screen, keys you can change, colour-blind help, 24 achievements and cloud saves.

If the game crashes or runs badly, it sends an anonymous report to help us fix it. You can turn this off in Settings.

Some content was made with generative AI tools and then edited by the developer. The logo and store key art were made with AI image tools. Many of the 3D character models and some small props were generated with Meshy and placed, rigged and finished by hand. Some sound effects and the background Christmas music were generated with ElevenLabs. Nothing is generated live while you play; all AI content is pre-made and ships with the game.
