In here money is cigarettes, and every table has a boss. Mop the floors for your first few smokes, then sit down and gamble. Nine tables stand between your cell and the fence. Beat them all and you walk out.

• The Envelopes: twelve sealed letters on Postman Pete's table. Take his offer or pass.
