About This Game

A cake the size of a mountain. A spoon. Dig.

Cake Digger is a first-person digging adventure where an enormous cake fills a snowy mountain valley. Dig anywhere you want — straight through the side, down from the top, or beneath the birthday candles to discover what is buried below.

Dig through every layer

Every scoop cuts directly into the cake, revealing sponge, cream, fruit, and whatever might be hidden inside. Start with a spoon, then unlock bigger and stranger tools including a fork, electric whisk, hammer, laser blaster, light saber, jackhammer, ladle, and spatula.

Unearth fruit and strange treasures

Dig fruit out of the cream layers, hunt for rare golden versions, and follow your treasure detector toward unusual discoveries. You may uncover treasure chests, gold bars, fossils, balloons, a UFO, a frozen mammoth, a diamond ring, a crown, golden keys, and more.

Use what you find

Discoveries are not just collectibles. Sail through your own tunnels on a rubber duck, ride a mammoth through the cake, float upward with balloons, light the darkness, teleport with a UFO, and uncover other unexpected effects.

Sell, upgrade, and dig again

Return to the shops on top of the cake to sell what you collect, buy new digging tools, and unlock different cakes to excavate.

There is a world inside the cake

Dig deep enough and the cake opens into hidden environments: crystal caverns, jungle waterfalls, underground lakes, submerged treasure, and a dark abyss far beneath the frosting.

Generative AI was also used to assist in drafting some store-page text, which was reviewed and edited by the developer. No generative AI is used at runtime. No AI-generated voice or music is used.
