About This Game

Crowd of Knives is a 4-8 player PvP stealth game set in a crowded medieval market. About a hundred townsfolk fill the square, and every player looks and moves just like them, so you can never be sure who is a player.

Marked targets walk through the square, each worth points. Blend in, find your target, and wait for the right moment to strike.

A kill takes only a second, but any player who sees it knows it was you. They can hunt you for a bounty, and you might be the next one hunted. After ten minutes, the player with the most points wins.

You look like everyone else. Move with the crowd, stop at stalls, change direction, and try not to give yourself away.

Targets appear around the square for everyone. Find them before the other hunters do, get close, and decide when it is safe to strike.

See another player kill someone and you can hunt them for a bounty. The same rule works against you, so getting the kill is only half the job.

Get spotted and the hunt flips on you. Break line of sight, use smoke or disguise, and disappear back into the crowd before they catch you.
