About This Demo

Push on, and the world finds its colors

This is the free demo of Iris & Hue. Iris arrives on an island whose colors are fading away. Push boxes, pass color between them, and restore the first regions through a steadily evolving set of opening puzzles.

Make color part of the rules

• Squeeze to dye: when a box will not move, its color seeps into the box beside it; each neighboring pair mixes only once

• Mix light additively: red + green = yellow, green + blue = cyan… color gates accept only an exact match

• Paint pools, dye shots, and bomb shockwaves gradually join the puzzle language and turn familiar rules into new solutions

Experiment at your own pace

• Puzzles move from focused introductions toward combinations of familiar mechanics

• Skip a stage if you get stuck, so one puzzle never has to block the experience

• Undo with Z at any time, experiment freely, and find your own solution

The journey continues beyond the demo
