About This Game

OTG is a 30-player multiplayer sandbox set in a strange, isolated Vermont town where almost everything is physical, everyone has something to hide, and there's no telling what you'll do next.

You came to this town for a reason.

So did everyone else.

ABOUT THIS GAME

OTG is a multiplayer sandbox about people, places, and the stories that happen when nobody tells you what to do.

Set in an isolated Vermont town in the early 2000s, OTG gives you a home, a small amount of money, and a world full of things to discover.

You make your own story. Maybe you spend the evening fixing up your house. Maybe you notice that the house down the road has been empty all day. Maybe you spend the next few days watching it. Maybe you find the breaker, wait for a storm, cut the power, climb through a window and steal an old television. Or maybe someone notices you.

And suddenly, your quiet robbery isn't so quiet anymore.

MAKE YOUR HOUSE YOURS

Every player has their own house.

Build rooms. Rearrange furniture. Create storage spaces. Turn your garage into a workshop. Barricade your doors. Hide valuable possessions.

Or make your house completely ridiculous.

And if somebody wants what's inside, they'll have to get in.

THE TOWN IS YOUR SANDBOX

The town changes from server to server.

Houses, roads, abandoned buildings, forests and other locations can be arranged differently, creating new relationships between places and new opportunities to explore.

But the world isn't random noise. It's a real place with roads that lead somewhere, houses that make sense, and locations that become familiar over time. You might not remember the coordinates.

You'll remember that house.

OTHER PLAYERS ARE THE CONTENT

With up to 30 players sharing the same world, you never know what another person is going to do.

SECURITY IS PHYSICAL

Locks, keys, barricades, electrical systems, cameras and the layout of your house all matter.

Trust someone?

That doesn't magically make your locked doors disappear.

Give them access to a room.

Give them a key.

Let them use your storage.

Or give them absolutely nothing.

You decide who gets access to what.

And if someone gets inside anyway, you'll have to deal with them yourself.

A WORLD THAT KEEPS GOING

Day turns to night, weather changes, storms roll through, rain can hide footsteps, thunder can cover noise, darkness changes how people move through town. the world isn't built around isolated missions.
