About This Game

BE THE RIGHT SHAPE

You are a circle, a square, or a triangle, and you become the next one

instantly - in the air, mid-bounce, halfway through a fall.

  • THE CIRCLE bounces off everything, grips walls, and climbs by bouncing, its the quickest way around but most vulnerable.

  • THE SQUARE has weight. It grows, it rolls (yes a square that rolls), and it comes down with a thump.

  • THE TRIANGLE is a dash. Aim it, slice through things, and land as something else.

The whole game is one question asked over and over in different rooms: which of the three do you

need to be, and exactly when? Too fast for you, try some bullet time to get your timing just right.

FIFTY-THREE ROOMS THAT EACH ASK SOMETHING NEW

  • 3 tutorial rooms that teach you the three shapes

  • 25 SPEED rooms - a line through the room, and a clock

  • 25 PUZZLE rooms - a room that will not let you out until you work it out

Rooms with gravity that runs sideways. Ground that turns out not to be there.

Walls that rotate a quarter turn on a timer while you are standing on them.

Structures that pick you up and carry you somewhere, with the camera riding

along. A room whose exit does not exist until you have found and killed the

thing keeping it shut.

Four awards per room - all the checkpoints, all the enemies, under par, and one

that is not listed anywhere and turns up unannounced when you have earned it.

Clear a room without dying and its awards come back in gold.

UP TO FOUR PLAYERS, IN THE SAME ROOM

Multiplayer across all levels.

Bump, bounce and squash each other, or turn FRIENDLY FIRE off and just race.

LAST PLAYER STANDING, or the first one home ends it - the host decides.

Slow motion is yours alone: the world stays at full speed for everyone else.

Rooms are found on your network or joined directly, with names, player

counts and a filter for the ones you can actually get into.

A LEVEL EDITOR, AND SOMEBODY TO USE IT WITH

Thirty-three kinds of thing to build with Easy to use level editor and every

one of the fifty-three built-in levels opens in the editor. Take one apart,

copy it, change it, or start from an empty room.

AND YOU CAN BUILD TOGETHER. Open the editor with someone else in your room and

you are both in it, on the same level, at the same time. Test-play it without

leaving. When you have made something, it travels: pick a custom level in a

multiplayer room and everyone who does not have it gets sent it.

DRAWN, NOT DECORATED

Every shape in this game is drawn by the game as it runs - the neon, the

trails, the way a square rolls onto its corner, the way the exit portal turns.

There are no images to load and nothing is a picture of a thing. The sound is

the same: every note and every impact is generated as it plays.

It is a small game that fits in a few megabytes and starts instantly.

  • 53 hand-built rooms across speed runs and puzzles

  • Up to 4 players racing the same room, with friendly fire on or off

  • A full level editor with 33 kinds of thing to build from

  • Build levels TOGETHER - a shared editor for everyone in your room

  • Four awards per room, one of them hidden
