THE LAST CUP OF CHAI is a chaotic multiplayer bluffing and strategy game where every cup could be your last.

You know how many poisoned cups are on the table. You just don't know which ones.

Play with your friends, gather information, manipulate cups, steal cards, bluff, lie, and try to figure out who knows what. Every turn gives you a chance to change the situation before you're forced to make the biggest decision: drink the cup or spill the tea.

Know the Odds. Never Know the Cup.

At the beginning of a round, everyone knows the number of poisoned cups in play, but their locations remain hidden. As players interact with the table, information changes and uncertainty grows.

Someone might tell you a cup is safe because they actually know.

Or because they want you to drink it.

Play Your Cards. Play Your Friends.

Cards let you manipulate the game and disrupt your opponents.

• Peek — secretly check what's inside a cup.

• Steal Card — take a random card from another player.

• Swap Hands — exchange your hand with another player.

• Assassin's Teapot — add poison or antidote to a cup.

• Invert Effect — turn a safe situation into a dangerous one.

• Reverse Direction — change the turn order.

• Specific Skip — skip another player's turn.

• Spill Tea — remove a cup without drinking it.

Every card can change what everyone thought they knew.

Bluff, Lie, And Read Your Friends

Table talk is part of the game.

Tell the truth. Make a convincing lie. Pretend you know something you don't. Convince another player that a dangerous cup is perfectly safe.

The cards matter, but knowing when to trust someone can matter even more.

Drink Or Spill The Tea

When your turn reaches its final decision, you have two choices.

DRINK

Choose a cup and take your chances. A safe cup keeps you alive. A poisoned cup costs a life, while an antidote can protect you from poison.

SPILL TEA

Not feeling lucky? Remove a cup from the table instead. You stay safe, but removing that cup changes the information and odds for everyone else.

Eventually, somebody has to drink.

Chaos Is Always One Card Away

The table can change when you least expect it.

Events such as Street Cat, Power Cut, and Too Much Ginger can disrupt your plans, shuffle the situation, or take away your carefully gathered information.

No strategy stays safe for long.

Survive. Come Back. Win.

Players begin with 3 lives. Lose them all and you're eliminated from the current round in Standard Mode.

Extra Life cards can bring players back, while stealing cards, swapping hands, and manipulating cups can completely turn a match around.

Choose How You Play

STANDARD MODE

The classic elimination mode. Lose all your lives and you're out.

Last player standing wins.

PARTY MODE

Play across a fixed number of rounds while keeping everyone involved.

The player with the most lives at the end wins.
