About This Demo

Take your first steps into the World Below in this preview of Heart Light: Knight of the Gnomes. Answer the call and become a gnomish knight. Descend into a labyrinth abandoned since the age of humanity, where monsters, ancient machinery, hidden chambers and valuable treasures await.

In this demo, you will be tasked with rescuing your companion from the evil Redcaps. Along the way, you’ll meet important characters, brew potions, explore the Rune Tablet system, and use magic chalk to mark your path through the labyrinth. This demo introduces you to Heart Light’s colorful world through old-school first-person dungeon crawling and a grim fairy-tale story that sets the stage for the events of the full game.
