Tiny Kopitiam is a cozy restaurant management sim inspired by Southeast Asian coffee shops. 

1. Choose Your Play Mode

Enjoy a relaxed sandbox experience, or exercise your business brain to build your dream shop.

2. Build & Manage

Renovate, place furniture and food stalls, manage staffs and earn your reputation as the legendary kopitiam.

3. Become the Boss

Walk in the shop that you built - GTA style. "Motivate" your staffs, give discounts to aunties, or spray uncles that smoke indoors.

4. Build Your Dream Kopitiam

Every hawker food stall, cute chair and traditional tile arrangement affect your kopitiam's fate. Discover how vintage radio, lucky cats, or children's homework affect your feng shui. Your layout directly shapes your success.

Bonus Feature:

For some reason, you can transform into a cockroach and sabotage your own business.

Uncle is 3D artist, uncle job replaced by AI, so uncle learn coding and use AI tool to assist with software programming. Uncle also use photoshop AI to modify some 2D textures.
Everything else is handcrafted, especially the 3D models. AI generated 3D model sucks but I think it's gonna catch up soon at this rate 😭
