Trash to Trees

A polluted forest is waiting to breathe again. You're the one who can save it.

Trash to Trees is a cozy first-person cleaning and nature restoration game where every piece of litter you pick up slowly brings a dying forest back to life. Collect trash, sort it at the recycling station, earn money, buy upgrades, and watch the world transform around you, one bin at a time.

Restore a Living World

The forest reacts to everything you do. As you clean, dead ground turns green again. Flowers push through the soil. Birds return. Butterflies drift through the canopy. There are no loading screens or cutscenes, the world changes around you, continuously and seamlessly, as you play.

Collect and Sort

Explore the forest on foot, picking up litter left behind by years of neglect. Fill your backpack and return to the recycling station, where you'll empty everything onto the sorting table and categorize each item by material, plastic, glass, metal, paper, and more. Sort correctly and get paid. Sort wrong and get nothing. The forest doesn't care about guesses.

Upgrade Your Operation

Spend your earnings on a growing collection of upgrades. Expand your backpack. Move faster. Pick up multiple items at once. Unlock a trash scanner that pulses through the trees and highlights what's left. Construct new recycling stations. Build toward a fully automated sorting operation, or keep doing it yourself. The choice is yours.

The Giant Trash Pile

Somewhere in the forest is a massive illegal dumping site, a mountain of debris that looms over the landscape. As you work through it, the pile physically collapses and settles under gravity. There's no special mechanic, no boss fight. It disappears the same way everything else does: item by item, trip by trip, until it's gone.

Play Together

Bring up to four players into the same forest. Share the recycling station, split the work, and restore the ecosystem together. Shared currency, shared upgrades, shared progress, one forest for everyone.
