This property comes partially furnished with a generous selection of items left behind by the previous tenant. You're welcome to make use of everything they left behind.

The first two levels of the basement are included in the rental, although most people never come back up anyway.
If you ever decide to ignore these warnings, you can choose between a wide selection of upgradable skills and items to try and stay alive.

Your personal storage box is located upstairs and is available throughout your rental.

Should you discover anything of value in the basement, you may return it to storage for future use.
Management is not responsible for any items abandoned in the basement.
