About This Game

MOTHERWARD is a story-driven first-person psychological horror game about a young girl searching a hospital for her mother.

The hallways are endless.


Every floor feels familiar, but an anomaly may be hiding in a room, sign, object, or sound. One wrong choice, and the hospital sends her back to the beginning.

Remember what you see!

Being sent back does not erase the mistake. Her choices follow her to one of two endings.
