Why Early Access?

“We want to rely on players' feedback during these early stages, as the game will still be under active development and we want to make it the best arena duel shooter we can make. Early Access allows us time to collect the feedback and slowly improve the game. ”

“6 months up to a year. It'll be enough time to polish the game further, add more features, more maps, more characters etc.”

“The game is feature-complete up to this point. There's 8 characters to choose from, there's one map to duel in, and there's the dueling and the bot practice modes. Leaderboards are also active.”

The Last Shootout is an unadulterated, old-school 1v1 FPS duel shooter built for players who miss raw mechanics, instant feedback, and pure skill. No hand-holding and no fluff: just you, your pew, and an opponent across the arena.

  • Paintball Impact Feedback: Track every shot with dynamic paint splatters, instant VFX, and spatialized 3D bullet-whiz audio to help you gauge where the shot came from.

GAME MODES

1v1 Competitive Duels

Face off in intense multi-round showdowns. Read your opponent's movement, manage your revolver ammo, and land decisive shots under pressure.

Bot Practice Grounds

Warm up before jumping online. Choose your difficulty, from Rookie to Nightmare, and duel against AI bots programmed with unique movement and targeting behaviors.

We built The Last Shootout to be an affordable and straightforward arena duel game. No battle passes, no pay-to-win, no mandatory tutorials. Just open the game, queue up, and shoot.
