About This Game

Tucked at the edge of a village, your alchemy shop is waking up. The cauldron is cold, the shelves are dusty, and the first customer is already wandering up the path. Time to light the fire.

Brew & Bottle is a cozy alchemy game about making potions by hand. Grind, cut and press your ingredients, heat the cauldron, stir, and distil the result into a bottle - then sell it to the townsfolk who come knocking.

Work the ingredients yourself

Nothing here is made by pressing a button.

Chop ingredients on the board.

Drop a gem in the mortar and break it with the pestle - crack it, split it, grind the pieces down to powder.

Crank the press for extracts.

Stir the cauldron and watch the colour turn.

The closer you follow a recipe, the better the potion.

Read the book

Your grandfather's recipe book sits open on its stand. Turn the pages, study each entry, and work out what it's really asking for - recipes are written as riddles, not instructions. Unlock new bases, and learn to read what a customer actually needs.

Make what doesn't grow

The best ingredients aren't sold anywhere. You have to make them.

Feed two things to the combiner and watch them circle each other as the rings turn - what comes out is a third ingredient, something neither of them was. How they went in matters: ground coal and cut coal are not the same input.

Set something spinning in the purifier and walk away while it works. What comes back is purer - its own colour, its own uses - and it can go round again.

Nothing hands you the list. An experiment that doesn't work costs you both ingredients, which is what makes the ones that do work feel like yours.

Serve the village

A town full of characters comes to your counter, each with their own request. Hear them out, brew the right potion, and hand it over yourself. The better you serve, the busier the shop becomes.

Send heroes on adventures

Hire adventurers and send them after ingredients you can't grow at home. They'll come back with rare materials, new recipes and gold - but make sure they're ready before they go. They'll be asking you for potions of their own.

Live a cozy life

Roam a warm village. Trade with vendors, take on errands, and upgrade your workshop one piece at a time.
